If so, brutal. Do any of the poker rooms pick it up?

Isnt that how much Instacash is? From those I know that are close to cashier departments regular deposits cost 3-4%, cashouts 2% and all poker rooms cover deposits and some have cashout fees or limit the number of free cashouts in a month. Most poker rooms cover the hefty Instacash fees.
