I also had this problem back a couple of years ago before I bought my mac daddy computer that I have now. Rival casinos do take up a lot of ram memory to run correctly on your computer but with the right amount they will run fine, hope this helps...

Thanks Robwin...but this doesnt happen all the time, only certain times of the day...mid afternoon-evening to be precise...so I wonder if its my puter or their servers?

Also...

Lately, when I go to the cashier, their is a popup window outlining some sort of "script" error...so I don't think this is the puter?

Could also be congestion on your internet connection if it is only happening certain times of the day...

Missmayda, you aren't the only one having problems. When I was playing at Rivals, I would almost beat my head on the desk because of the problems. All they would ever tell me was they were having tech problems.

Me 2

I've not been playing at Rival casino's long either but I've noticed the same thing it's very frustrating! :eek2::mad:

It is mostly server errors that I get and my internet connection works just fine on anything and everything else so the logical conclusion is that their servers aren't capable of handling a heavy load.
I like the software and the bonuses :thumbsup:but when the spins go on and on repeatably, my patience wears out pretty quickly. It's not unusual to get booted out completely either.

After trying to log in a couple of different times during the evening, I finally got logged in. I deposited and played -- after a couple of 'false starts' and errors -- at my fav Rival casino last night. I still got script errors every time I went into the Cashier. The withdrawal section doesn't tell me whether I've met WR and can make a withdrawal. Clicking on the promo I'm playing doesn't bring up the T&C for the promo, it goes nowhere. (I'm thinking WD and WR have to be done within the promo time frame, but need to refresh my memory.) Live chat was closed so no help there. I'll fire up the software again this afternoon to see if it's any better. If not, I've got to send email to CS. And just for the record I hate contacting casino CS -- ANY online casino support-- this near phobia is not Rival specific as their CS is usually quite good. ;)

I have forwarded this thread to Rival and will try to get RobRival to respond and look into this matter. All I know is that eWalletExpress was launched 24 hours ago and that might be related to the issue but not everyone is experiencing these script errors but enough to look into it. Any questions please send me a pm but I do believe Rival is looking into this right now as we speak, or type.

Thanks John.

For the record, I was able to log in, play and use the cashier with no hiccups, glitches, script errors or any problems whatsoever at DaVinci's a short while ago. The cashier section worked as it should, I was able to view the T&C for the promo I was playing, see that WR were cleared, and able to make a small withdrawal. :)

I'm sure the software and networking team are working on this and will continue to work on it till players see fewer issues.

Yes, Thanks John!

I love the games at Rival, and play almost exclusively there! I played at Superior earlier-no problems today

"Does it take alot of patience to play at Rival? "

I'm sorry! That is the wrong answer! The correct answer we were looking for is... "Does it take alot of MONEY to play at Rival?"

Better luck next time!

This is Alex Trebeck wishing you all a good evening.. and we'll see you again tomorrow night on Jeapordy!

I hope those players who posted here got replies from the support team. I was told by the tech department at Rival that this problem was fixed last week. If anybody continues to have problems please pm me and I will forward these on.

John

I hate to tell you but no they are not fixed. Had some free money to play last night at different ones and had H*LL playing it out. Loads, won't load, games open, won't open, promos load, won't load. In, out, in, out.

Plus since you tweaked the games again, lousy pays.

From my play this weekend, It doesn't seem the issues are fixed. I'm still getting random disconnects and spins that go on forever.

On the other hand I'm pretty new at Rival slots. I'm hooked on Love & Money ;).
Don't know why but it's my favorite and it seems to be pretty low variance. I worked my way up from Saturday's free bonus (Thanks!) to $100.00+ on mostly .45 bets. I went back and forth for hours and finally busted out, but one thing I noticed is it seemed liked 95% of the time when I increased my bet size by 3-4 times that the bonus free spin rounds truly sucked. I most often did better overall on the bonus rounds when my bet size was .45. This wasn't just something that happened only once or twice, it was multiple times.

I do like the long play time and the bonus rounds can be awesome on small bets.
