Apart from Casino Rewards (Everyone I know got £25 free) the promotions this Christmas have been rather hit and miss.

I agree on that Betsafe were crap when it came to promos and few times I missed some offers FS etc and some bonuses even though bonuses are the exception rather than the rule for me these days.
When I spoke to CS on this they were rigid saying time had elapsed to claim one time by only a few minutes. Fair dos - they can do as they please with there own promotions. But they should learn to show a degree
flexibility or rethink the promotions. I exercised my right to close off my account and they have not seen a dime from me since and wont either I think unless something drastic changes. On the other hand Videoslots
