Was offered a 150% match bonus at 20x wr with no max cashout.
Don't normally use bonuses but going to this time!

Do ClubWorld have the max bet per spin when you use a bonus?
I've seen 30% of bonus amount can be bet per spin mentioned here and am unsure if this applies at ClubWorld?

Reason I ask is because if I win I tend to raise my bets and don't want to get caught out!

I don't want to sound like an arse - but why don't you just check their Terms & Conditions yourself?

What if someone here told you there was no limit, but then you found out when it was too late that they just changed their terms - or had different terms for this specific promotion...?

You sound like an arse.

You don't smell as bad though

:D

IMO they don't as I have never had one.

but, better than even checking their terms, as I don't trust they are always correct and it is often in small print that can be overlooked; contact chat, and ask them to check the terms of the bonus and whether there is a max amount you can bet per spin. Then copy the chat and copy to word AND enter email address in the chat (at the top of the chat box) so that the chat is sent to your email. Then if they try to change the terms, you have proof of what you were told by the Chat support Rep.

That is what I always do when unsure of the terms.

Cant you word it a bit better.

KK just cant put up with laziness. You hear me Grammyboy?:D

Actually I often get 100% bonus offers from CW but never 150% so I cant offer any advice.

Hmmmm. OK. Hows this:

You audiologically resemble an arse.

You don't emit the accompanying odour, however.

:D

I agree though.....just check the terms yourself. Don't rely on what others tell you....and it is lazy :)

I'm happy to answer any question, as I'm sure most are, as long as the person asking has made an effort to find the information themselves.

I did try! Was just making extra sure as I've seen it mentioned around the forum a lot!

I checked with chat and they assured me that there is no such term in the clubworld group.

I took the bonus and decided to try out the Three Stooges 2 slot, BIG MISTAKE!
Deposited $50 and received $125, bet 75c a spin on Three Stooges 2 and blew through $75 in about 12 minutes! Terrible slot! Bet straight 75c the whole time and it decimated my balance! NEVER AGAIN!

Both versions of 3 Stooges are of extreme high variance and its normal to get thru 300-400 spins with no feature. In 3SII even if you do get one of the features it sometimes pays 0 and when you expect a win-win feature of 100x you will be disappointed as I always get 10x.

I have always been a fan of 3 Stooges (no, not the slot) and I love seeing the clips so I shall continue to play at $0.30 per spin even if it kills me.

BTW,I couldnt find this slot at CW not even under 3-reel slots.

It was definitely there! :D

I played at ClubWorld casino. :D

If you've asked support at the casino, and kept a copy of their reply, I think you need to rely that they have given you the correct information, especially if it doesn't contradict anything you've read yourself in the terms. The CSRs are agents for the casinos, and as such represent them.

Any reputable casino would honour what the CSR told you, even if it wasn't correct in a particular instance, and take whatever disciplinary or remedial training necessary behind closed doors.

I SAVE every conversation with CSRs; I've had too many things bite me in the ass, as it were...one rep contradictng what another has told me, two reps having different offers, a manger offering a special a CSR isnt aware of, misrelayed information etc). I learned the hard way, but learned early..ALWAYS save your convos

Great advice ------ I always do the same. KEEP THE CHAT RECORD!

Ask the question before you start to play with the live chat service. Never ran into a max bet issue with Club World and I have bet $125 and $250 at times when working through huge wagering req.

I played it. tough game to get the bonus on but if you get it generally pays decent.

As far as your op regarding the bonus, well most times I never took a deposit bonus. but I did take the other type of bonuses: retention, cashback, complaint and I always asked live help the max bet allowed as it wasn't usually listed in the email sent or the lobby email.

At most of the RTG's I played I almost always had to explain the max bet. They seemed to keep giving me the wr and max cashout values. But I waited until they found out. And saved the chat like the other folks did.
