Hello guys!

For a verry long time i sticked to the same 2 on-line casinos to play on.

Now recently i have been joining a fair amount of new places, where i always recieved a verry nice welcome bonus.

Well i wanted to check if its "acceptable" to sign up with multiple casino's within one group, and claim the bonus every time.

Example :

When i signed to 32red about 2months ago i was super impressed with everything they had to offer... Verry fast payout times, always friendly live chat, plenty games and so on...

Now 32red has multiple outfits within there group ( i.e Dash, NedPlay, Golden Lounge.... ) all also offering a Welcome bonus.

As its the same group/same slots i didnt see a reason why to make a non bonus deposit at 32red and made an acc on Dash.

I did not see anything on the site about it not beeing allowed so i signed with Dash also claiming a bonus..

Now i am not sure if this is even allowed or not, even tho i couldnt find any nono signs it seems odd that it would be ok..

32red is just an example, as there are more groups where this is possible.

Dont get me wrong 80% of my deposits are without a bonus but when presented with the option i will always take the bonus.. So even tho i would verry much prefere to keep all my funds ( and loyalty points etc ) within 1 casino why would i not sign up at lets say Golden Lounge instead of making a deposit at 32red?

This is not so much about ethics tho i wouldnt mind hearing your opinion on this, wether or not its included in the ToS.

Kind regards,

Ginske

Many groups have a one welcome bonus for the whole group policy, and that includes 32Red. The problem with Dash is that the system can screw up and award a bonus even when it has been claimed at 32Red. However, 32Red, at their discretion, will waive this rule for a player that has shown brand loyalty, and not just hopped from one to the other just claiming the welcome bonus. The term covering this should be in the terms for the welcome bonus, making it clear what other casinos are part of the group.

Some casinos are far less honest about this, Cassava for example will always award the bonus, but can confiscate winnings if they decide that the player has joined only for the welcome bonus at an unspecified number of sites. They also refuse to list which casinos are part of the group for the purposes of this rule, and CS at individual casinos will sometimes lie and say that they are not part of any group, until that is they confiscate the players winnings for claiming a bonus at a "sister casino" they initially claimed not to have.

It is safer to assume such a restriction exists unless told otherwise in the terms, or by CS in writing.

Gotcha thx!

I have no intention hoppin from one place to the other just for the bonus, but i thought if its acceptable might as well claim em.

I will just make a non bonus deposit at 32red. shame i waisted a 100% yesterday with a €10 deposit, while i today feel like high rollin :p

Thx for the info!

It's a very good question Ginske and I think it is a bit unfair to leave the onus on the player to know which group a casino is part of. Quite often these details are buried in the terms somewhere.

You have done the right thing by asking the question. I too have learned something today :)

FYI, according to livechat, if you took the welcome bonus at 32red you CAN at Golden Lounge as well

You are correct - I have seen this allowed, however, the best bet is to ask permission from Live Chat or the Rep BEFORE you decide to take the Bonus. They have record of your play and can make a decision on whether you are out JUST to use their Welcome Bonuses or you're just a regular player :)

I always seek permission first so that I have it in writing if a dispute arises.
