Hey Peeps

What is everyone's experience thus far after the change to RTG?

Are the cashouts still fast? Service still excellent?

I know Sloto have been very fast in both categories but haven't heard a lot about Desert Nights

Deposited once with a 300% bonus and got a couple of good wins at T-rex and Paydirt. Pity the wrs were just too much. I also noticed they havent got a comps system but the bonus was credited with no hassles. Since its a sister casino to Sloto I dont expect there to be too much difference in the services provided.

The comps system is also now in place. It just doesn't show until you've gotten comps. I found out this neat feature the other day.
Document review may take a while, so once you've made a deposit. I would get your documents in right away.
Otherwise I have no idea on how good / bad they are on cashing out yet. I haven't quite reached the minimum to cash out via wire. I've made playthrough a few times, just can't get the cashout high enough for the wire transfer yet.

Slight derail - How about being validated at Sloto when they were Rival then being carried over to Sloto (RTG) and then Desert Nights.

Actually I would assume the comp system was just recently implemented because as of like oh I would say about 5 days ago. They started showing up. For my first 2 deposits nothing ever showed, but after that they started showing up. I also have been going thru the welcome deposit bonus system. So I'm going to just assume they hadn't figured out there comping system yet.
As for Sloto, I never got far enough with sloto to send in documents rival or with RTG. I made 1 deposit back when they were Rival and never have deposited since then.
So this was my first time sending in documents. It ended up taking from Wednesday around 7 pm til Tuesday around noon to get them validated. I'm sure part of that was much pestering of live chat to check up on them. I was told on Thursday it would take anywhere from 2 to 3 days to get them validated. When the weekend passed and nothing I went on a full fledge pestering attack until they were approved. Basically there excuse was they were with security and they were in process of being validated but couldn't give me a time frame as to when they would approved. Finally on Monday evening a rep told me they would send an urgent message to get them approved. Basically I said I won't make any further deposits until there approved and now I am approved, but still it seemed ridiculous take almost a week to approve documents.

A WEEK to approve docs? Surely NOT!...that's atrocious. I'd expect that from Winpalace or Rome, but not this group. Hopefully that was a one-off.

One other note, they have made up for the document fiasco by throwing me 2 free chips so far. Not mainly because of the waiting period but because of my few deposits. So offer above a 100% bonus and offer a freebie. Not too shabby in my book.

I was willing to give them a try, but I only have Master Card, and it doesn't go through. I tried a few times and got Terminal Id invalid, or it was pre-authorized. Live help told me to keep trying, it should go through, but it doesn't.

i have depsoited 4 times so far i have only received 3 bonus rounds it has to be the worst playing experience i ever had with any casino - only 1 dollar bets 100 deposit

If they do have a new system, it isn't the players problem and they should not have to accept delays. Instead, the casino should be employing cashiers around the clock to get things sorted. Most players subjected to that kind of delay will just go elsewhere, especially if they're new players.

The player should NEVER suffer as a result of backend changes. If they do, it is a result of poor management.

The missing comppoints was also a strange thing. When I had played several times I asked livechat if I wasn't getting any comps for my play. They answered that It will show when I had earned some.
If I didn't see any I could ask them how many I had earned
When I wasn't satisfied with that answer she told me she would check it up.
Later I got an email saying that I now could see my comppoints.

I did not get any comppoints for my first deposits, so if you can't see any please tell them.

I logged into Desert Nights and spoke to Jennifer. I had deposited and played with a 300% bonus for a couple of hours but even after I busted the comp box was missing. I asked her why and she said that I had redeemed Slotomatch2 but hadnt deposited yet. I corrected her and said I was talking about Desert Nights and just wanted to know why the comps werent showing. She told me I didnt have enough comps to convert. I gave up at this stage.

Ms Sloto, you should really train up your staff to understand whatthe customers are saying. I am usually very clear in my writing and rarely misunderstood.

Also apparently documents do transfer back and forth, you just have to send in a new authorization agreement I found out. I decided to go look at Slotocash today and found out from Live Chat the documents I have on file with Desert Nights will transfer to Slotocash.

Even so, for EXISTING players who have already been approved, there should be no holdups on their withdrawal, and the documents should be verified again alongside them getting their withdrawals on time. This would mean that players did not experience delays because of the back end changes, and priority could be given to verifying new players, with existing players being reverified as time permits.

The only good thing about desert nights is the rep here. The customer support is pretty bad, the cold streaks are atrocious and depositing is annoying. I too got the terminal error thing. When you ask live support what to do, they tell you to keep trying. Oddly enough after 2 tries the system locks your deposit option for 24-48 hours. No idea why but its quite odd

Another thing. When you deposit a few hundred dollars they send you a pop up notice in the middle of your play. Asking you to call them, confirm who you are, fill out some form and fax it to them.

I blew through $2000 in 30 minutes. Never betting higher than $6 and the average bet being around $2.50. I got 2 bonus spins which hit a $4 per spin and a $6. I won $24 (I think it was 24 could be off by a few dollars) on the one bonus spins and I believe $40 on the $6 spins. lol I was pretty pissed.

Whatever, maybe it was some weird and sick cold spell. I did asl support to send me the statistics because I wanted to share them here and see what other thoughts of how sick it was. They never sent them to me.

Then the solution is obvious. Play at the desert during daytime and stop once the sun is gone.

By now you should realise that when the streaks are cold its damn icy. Deposit in small chunks and call it a day when you get nothing after 200-300 spins. I get my thrills depositing $20 with a bonus and spinning at the min. denomination at max lines. I have more important things to fret about than getting upset on these things. Getting the game logs at RTG is a difficult task. The casinos take forever to do it and there are no summaries if the casino doesnt do it for you.
