Deposit was declined,But in reality it went through

At Club World ,and this has happened to us once before,I made a deposit,it came back declined,So I went back to the bank to try again,incase of an error on my part.And that one went through..I went to the lobby and the first one DID go through,Both for 200.00.they were both taken from my bank acct,,But I had only gotten one receipt for 199.99..I went to cs and stuart said there was nothing he could do,the w/e.And that I should go to cashier and withdraw the extra 200.00 that I accidently put in,(I did not accidently put in,But i wasn't going to argue),till monday then try back..Well I used the highroller coupon,(dep 150 they give you 500 w/ 45 times play through) I went to the bank and the min w/d for usa ach in 350.00 so no can do..needless to say,we played it all...But beware of this and go back to the lobby after a decline to see if it really was...........I think the whole was bs and was very pissed the whole time playing/loseing...............end of story.....

I've never had a declined deposit actually go thru on any of their 'gift card' payment options but I have had it happen before QT went south. So now when I have a deposit declined and want to make another one the same way, I go to my bank website and make sure that it hasn't gone thru. With the way things are working now regarding depositing, anything can.

Has happened to me once in 5+ years

when I tried the deposit a second time it went through. They were both visa debit. When I checked my online banking account it showed both deposits deducted from my balance. I contacted CW cashier and they reimbursed my bank account for the amount of the first deposit, I presume through the processor.

So, in my case, the first deposit amount wasn't credited to my casino account as was the situation in your case.

I would have attempted to contact the cashier, Michael and explain what happened and that you didn't intend on making two $200.00 deposits in a row. I am sure they would have assisted you especially if that wasn't your usual deposit routine.

I did contact support,as stated on my post, he said to go to cashier and withdraw it..But the least amount that can be withdrawn now is 350.00...They were no help at all and acted like I made the error....

i had the same thing happen for $50 at clubworld group declined , when i tried again i had 100 in there , but forgot about because it was only 50 and 50 . happened once about a year ago .
and last 2 small withdraws i made i had a declined email followed by a processed email shortly after , never got double my withdraw tho

I emailed support this morning on this and they got back to me in less than an hour..They dep 200 into my wifes acct and a coupon for 150 %..They have redeemed themselves and in my book they still are the best.......Thank you clubworld

Thanks for letting us know the outcome. Glad they worked with you on this. I have always found CW to be willing to work with me.
