Hi. Apparently I made a deposit with a friends card last year on 2020/04/20 and now am required to send documents of proof that I had my friends approval for making a deposit with his card. How come this comes up now, 1 year later? I have been making deposits and withdrawals for a year with no problems. And my problem is I have asked most of my friends that I could imagine letting me borrow their card and none of them owned a card with the numbers so I'm out of ideas. Is there anyway for me to go around this?

It's one deposit made with this card, no idea why I have to verify it either since I have made withdrawals to bank account and deposits with swish. First time having an issue on this site too, so wondering if it's some new rule or something similar that's been changed in Sweden/Casinos(?).

Just had this same scenario with videoslots ,I can't verify the card now because of the elapsed time and the fact the card no longer exists

So this is a super late reply but the card was probably always unauthorized - always check back status of account before. Playing so you can sort out when you don’t have a huge withdrawal on the line.

that being said you can write a note on a peice of paper stating that yes you are /were the owner of the card - sign and date it and the partial details of card, it just indemnifies VS and card will be approved then expired -
Go to your account and you will see all the cards you need to address - (had to do this ages ago with old pre-paid cards I ditched )

I never understand in this day and age of instant internet banking why people use friends or spouses cards for their own accounts. I am a bit of an old codger on modern technology and so is my wife, but when we want to exchange money for each other to use we just do it through a banking app on our phones,it can even be done from separate banks. It's incredibly risky given how most casinos are always looking to refuse withdrawals for even the slightest reason.
I hope you sort it out but I'm not surprised at having to jump through hoops to do it.

Maybe at the time of deposit the other party is not fully abeam of the situation !
