DDoS attacks again?

Yesterday Neteller was down for a longer period and they have had several similar problems earlier this year.
Right now several gambling-sites are down like xhttps://www.betsafe.com/, xhttps://www.nordicbet.com/ and others.
Is it the teams behind the earlier DDoS attacks that strikes again?

They are up as far as I can tell. Maybe it was a router issue.

They are up as far as I can tell. Maybe it was a router issue.

Now they seems to work again. Checked with one of the "downoritisjustme"-sites before and that gave the status "down" as well so the problem was with high probability at their end.
