CW Casinos- Aladdins Gold - KUDOS!

I've been a member here for over a year, and don't say much. But I've been reading about complaints concerning Aladdins Gold/ CW casino group. Just thought I'd put in my 2cents here.

I had not deposited at Aladdins Gold for almost a year. Thanksgiving Day I received a $25 chip. I played the chip, completed the wagering requirements and cashed out $175 on Saturday. I was paid $150 (they removed the bonus amount - works for me!) into my QuickTender account today. I then went over to LuckyRed and made a deposit and cashed out $80.

I had no problems whatsoever. Live Help and support through email were courteous and kind, and replied to in a timely manner. So, even though I'm sure some players have some issues with this group as I've read, I've had a very good experience this week.

I don't think the problems at CWC group are that bad, They do have some issues with there I.D policies & T&C.
but they have always been known to pay and pay in a timely manner and there customer support team is usually friendly and helpful!

Yeah, things like complaints can seem to get out of hand. Basically there haven't been too many complaints about this group though. Mainly I think because their CS is pretty darn good, and they pay out in a timely manner. Personally I have had no issues with them at all (other than not winning enough ).

it's always great when you can make some money off tose comps, a little extra for nothing, well done and hope you win heaps more.
