Can anybody help me get ahold of customer support for these inclave login casinos? I been emailing my documents to them for a few months now but get the same automated response. I try calling but don't know the access code they want. I'd appreciate the help....

I'm having the same issue with prism. Did you get this resolved?
 
@lemon77 , please do remember that we ask you in the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures to NOT take your issue elsewhere while we are working on your PAB. That makes for too many cooks in the kitchen and ends up being a waste of our time. Once we're done you're free to do as you please.

hello i was wondering if you managed to get a contact number or anything in relation to inclave ??? i have a couple casinos with them (velvet spin, digits7, a big candy, bucks empire) mainly just playing to suss out what these online casinos are all about , i just wanted to get a little more information from them but i do find it very strange there isnt any sort of contact information redily available online or on their own platform..
any information would be greatly appreciated :)

I have never heard of any of the casinos you mention, so I'm pretty sure they are not from the same group as the ones being discussed in this thread (Virtual/Ace)
But I have never heard of Inclave either - and their website just looks like an affiliate portal, not much different to my own!
i.e. Inclave have nothing to do with running any of the casinos - they just advertise them.

I am starting to think it a big scam, I have been looking for a way to get customer support as well because I have been denied a withdraw of winnings 4 different times from 3 of there casinos. even after being verified then they came back with there was an issue with my debit card and not only denied my withdraw but also took all the money out of the account. And I and a depositor. Any kind of a response will hell. The main casino with all the problems is RAGING BULL
 
I need to contact someone at inclave they have the wrong email on my account and I have no way to contact support someone please help thank you

Hi there! I'm glad you got your issues all straightened out! I wish I tried to update my info and accidentally added the wrong disgits for my phone# now im locked out. Been trying for months are you able to guide me to someone who can fix the messes I made! Thanks ?

Actually, if Inclave doesn't have your correct information, it will be impossible to log into any of the plethora of affiliates. So while Inclave doesn't manage any online casino, if there's a problem with your account, you're effectively locked out of dozens of sites. Even if you've already established an account, have winnings, etc, it's unaccessible, and I've been trying for days to find a customer service contact that isn't a bot. Hopefully there are enough of us having issues that they will prioritize fixing this janky portal
 
Same issue with inclave, it's impossible to get a hold of anybody because they don't provide any contact information. I won my game I even deposited my crypto to verify in my account I verify my account with my ID and address and now I wanted to withdraw my money and now I can't log into any of my games that are on that platform.
 
Hi I'm having the same issue with Enclave but I deposited the crypto to verify my wallet and then all of a sudden I can't access any of my casinos and I need to withdraw my money.
 
Hi. Can you also help me with this issue. Been working onit for quite sometime. I cant seem to reach anyone to help me with a fraudulent acct in my name.
 
Which casino are you having troubles with? That will help narrow things down quickly.

Its not a particular casino. It is my account.. Someone has made an account with my email but not my phone number so i cant even get in to fix it ! I get the notifications in my e mail box but cant do anything about them. I have been trying for months to fix this problem

Ya i tried that. Got a response once then nothing. The account is fraudulent.. Its my email not my phone # so i cant login and fix anything . i get notifications about casino deals but cant do anything with them. Makes no sense to set a site up that way !
 
Hello, also would need help with reaching out to someone for Raging Bull. I'm still in the 7-10 days wait time for receiving a wire withdrawal so we'll see how it goes but guess there's tons of complaints about them.
