Cryptocasino Help

As others have mentioned, try using litecoin (LTC) rather than BTC
Transfers are so much faster and fees are minimal - we're talking about 3 or 4 pence per transaction.
You can use Litecoin Explorer to track your deposits and withdrawals every step of the way.

I also use a similar setup to others here.
Bank transfer to crypto.com, buy whatever crypto I want (usually litecoin,) transfer to exodus wallet and then transfer to casino.
It seems a bit long-winded but once used to it, its a doddle.
Process generally takes no longer than 10 mins.
Always check and double check addresses as you will most likely lose your funds should any mistake be made!
10 minutes to deposit but a lot of time saved overall with access to autoplay, fast spins and not having to deal with SOW / affordability check bollocks.

Many "keen hobbyists" I know are slowly losing access to their UK sites via very low limits being imposed, or falling foul of the compulsory checks, or a combination. I personally lost about 8 before just calling it a day, hitting GamStop on the lot of them out of sheer frustration and buying a one way ticket to Curacao!

Even thinking about going back to woodpeckering a mouse button for hours on end, to play a watered down version of a slot, with Nanny constantly.looking over the.shoulder.,. ewww.

Cannot emphasise this enough, this is 100% the way to go. Will never pay Bitcoin's (at times) ridiculous fees.

so you get charger 2 times for transfer?

is there any problem with sending crypto directly from crypto. com to a casino and back?
no, but you should read t/c some wallet dont like to make transfer to gambling, like coinbase, and I think wallets charge like 4% for transfer, when skrill charge only 2%

crypto. com seems gambling-friendly. What I don't understand is why would one send crypto to their personal wallet from a gambling-friendly crypto exchange and then from there to a crypto casino. If there are 4% fees then they'll still get charged 4% - no matter where they send that coin. And the more places it hits, the more they'll lose before the transfer reaches the casino. The same happens the other way around.

That's what i think, but i maybe wrong of course.

Personally I do not buy crypto just before I want to use it at a casino. I purchase during dips in the market and store it in my local wallet. When I’m ready to play I transfer the amount I want to lose from local wallet to casino.

Now that I am using LTC for gambling, the fees are negligible.

It's about $0.04 per transfer for Litecoin.

this how much skrill charge for £450
Are you playing in ETH?

Binance fee for converting ETH to GBP is 0.1%, according to Google:

For converting 1 ETH to GBP, the investors need to pay a 0.1% trading fee. As of October 2021, 1 ETH is worth 2,490.11 Pound sterling. That means the trading fee on Binance to convert 1 ETH to GBP is 24.90 GBP

I think you may be better off using an exchange and doing it yourself if you can work it out, perhaps. You are paying Skrill for the convenience. I am 100% sure there are cheaper routes than Binance also, but I am not that far down the rabbit hole yet :)

Yeah, i get that! Here are the two questions then. I think many would be interested to know:

  1. What is the cheapest exchange to buy crypto?
  2. What exchange charges the lowest crypto transfer fees?
I know some use Gemini, Kraken, Crypt.com and use LTC or ETH for gambling. I personally used Coinbase and OKX.
Coinbase was something totally ridiculous IMO. The image shows that i bought ETH for £1000, and then for transferring that ETH amount, they charged me £50.

Most wallets don't have fees. The fee you pay is the blockchain fee. Hence, why Bitcoin and ETH are the most expensive, and others seek to improve on the operability and cost like LTC, SOL, ADA etc, which cost pennies and are quicker.

I know about the wallets. The thing is that crypto doesn't grow on trees, which means i must buy it somewhere first :D

Cryptopay wont send to BC Game, shows invalid address, have to send
Via Atomic wallet, fees for doing that are very low.
BTW litecoin has nosedived today, glad I didnt buy earlier, down about 14%
Nearly all market has nosedived due to SEC again. USA play a big part in crypto, but they won't bring it down, they will just force it offshore like the UKGC do to UK players.

I use Binance :) it seems cheaper than Coinbase or Crypto.com. There are cheaper exchanges that I hear whispers of, but on the whole, it has been cheap for me.

p.s. I also heard FTX 2.0 is starting up. You could try there when it opens 😆

sure but you still need to pay fee for wallet 2% up to 5% transfer fees dont cost much

I think this is worth mentioning here. My GF bought ETH worth £400 on Coinbase a couple of months back, and the funds were not coming in for 3 weeks. Their customer support was 3 times saying that the money was in your account which was total BS. After all the money was received and they gave £10 "gift" :D

what wallet dont charger fee? if you make deposit and buy crypto you get charger before transferring,

I am no expert, and there probably are wallets with fees, but check the screenshot - only network fees. When paying Skrill, you are paying for convenience to do something you can do yourself. In my experience, paying for a service you can do yourself is never cheaper. But hey, you seem happy with your method. I just thought you might be able to find a cheaper way :)

p.s. doing swaps through a wallet will incur transaction fees. Most swaps are cheaper on an exchange.

I don't ever buy through a wallet, always exchange, is cheaper as far as I know. Trouble is, so many exchanges and wallets, it really is hard to find the best method.

Crypto and NFTs are in no way user-friendly, but are getting better.

Anyway, I have clearly had too much coffee and am flooding the thread :) Taking five lol
