So after my wins playing Dark Knight Rises in the early hours of Saturday morning and also my session on Friday Night on Queen of the Nile 2, I have 3 separate withdrawals which I actioned, Friday night and Saturday morning. In total, a little over £2000.
Anyhow on Saturday, I spoke to live chat after still seeing them awaiting to be approved. I was informed that the payments team are/were busy and they would be done the same day.
Just logged onto Guts this morning, a Bank Holiday and see they are still waiting to be approved. Fired up live chat and there and then, Teemu, the team leader got them approved. No messing, just did it there and then.
Second time I have used Guts Live Chat and the second time I have had a very good experience. Guts keep on excelling at what they do. Yes, they operate weekend processing and yes my withdrawals should have been actioned on Saturday. But, on a Bank Holiday, when the issue is brought to their attention, they resolve it there and then, whilst I am still on live chat.
