I received a birthday offer from craps.com casino :

Happy Birthday xxxxxx !

300% up to 300€ first deposit bonus !

Deposit 100€ play with 400€!!

Happy Birthday again !

This promotion is valid 24 hours after receiving this email ( what do you think of this ??? )
For a fair game you have to wager the bonus 25x times
get a 100 % immediatley and ask CS for the remaining 200 % .

Is craps.com a place were you would deposit ? This offer sounds pretty nice but before i deposit i d like to get some comments on that casino .

Tyvm !

Here their T&C

1. Upon making your first single deposit into your account, you will instantly receive
100% up to $177 FREE bonus CASH!

2. Please note that the only deposit that is eligible for this bonus is your first deposit at the Casino.

3. The total maximum bonus amount that will be given for your first deposit bonus is $177. <----- wich in my case isnt true since it would be 300 $ / €

4. This bonus may not be combined with any other bonus unless otherwise stated.

5. In the interest of fair gaming, in order to cash out any amount of money, you must wager your deposit bonus plus deposit at least eight times (x8). If you withdraw before having reached the minimum wagering requirements, you bonus and winnings will be void.

6. If you choose to wager your deposit bonus on craps you must wager your bonus plus deposit at least thirty-two times (x32). If you choose to wager your deposit bonus on Blackjack you must wager your bonus plus deposit at least twenty-four times (x24). <---------strange too since in the email it says 25 times the BONUS amount .

Well, a 2 minute glance revealed a few things:
1. A pop up inviting you to download as soon as you visit their website. Now I know a few reputable places do that too, but I hate it and gives me totally the wrong impression. (To me it's like they're saying "don't bother to read or T&C's etc, just deposit & start playing!")

2. It's Playtech. The majority of Playtechs are dodgy at best, rogues at worst.

3. The banking page only tells you how you can deposit, not withdraw. :eek2:

4. If you just read the 6 terms relating to this bonus, it does not tell you that you can't play certain games;
Bets placed on all versions of Baccarat, all versions of Roulette, all versions of Sic Bo, all versions of Darts, Heads or Tails, all Video Poker games, Blackjack Switch, Blackjack Surrender, and Pontoon will not be counted toward wagering requirements. We reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the players original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the play bonus is wagered on the above mentioned games.

5. It also doesn't tell you that this bonus is PHANTOM - the value of the bonus will be deducted from your first cash-in.

Read all the terms, and if you're happy, proceed with caution!
Good luck!

Call me picky , but it's a Phantom bonus, NOT a sticky bonus.
(There is a distinct difference).

If you only play Blackjack you are certainly leaving yourself open to the "We don't think you played the bonus in the spirit it was given" BS and the possibility of losing your winnings.
Think about this for a minute; as the bonus is phantom and Blackjack is a very low variance game, the only way to make any use of the bonus is to do the 'big double up' - yet another classic excuse used by casinos not to pay.

I would like to point out that I know nothing about this casino and they could be totally OK. All I could find here at CM was the following problem from 6-months ago, which doesn't seem to have any conclusion:-

The problem lies with the initial Email, not the terms.

It says the bonus is valid for 24 hours after receiving the Email, yet the player has no business relationship with the casino, so how on earth can the casino (legitimately) have this persons details. This makes it likely that the Email is spam, and is promising a bonus that does not exist, something players find out after they deposit and "contact CS for the extra 200%". CS will say that this is not their offer, and will only give the standard bonus on the website, 100% to 177. Further, the victim has already deposited, possibly because of the fake promise in the Email, but they will be bound to the ACTUAL rules, not the promising ones in the Email, as well as finding out it's a phantom bonus, something the Email does not mention.

The casino itself would have no way of determining whether the deposit was within the 24 hours (they cannot know when you RECEIVED the Email), and this would be an easy excuse for failing to offer the bonus if the casino were backed into a corner with evidence, such as a copy of the Email and public exposure of this trick.

They seem to be owned by the same company that owns Casino Tropez

Vegas Red, Tropez, Bellini, Europa Casino, Cameo, Craps, Del Rio

All "sisters", and offering this bonus to any Vip player in anyh one of those, to sign up in any of the others...
Took it myself a few times with WR 5XB+D ...

Would you mind clarifying that for me and whoever else might appreciate it, KK?

Thanks! :)
Certainly!
PHANTOM bonus chips are completely removed from your account & lost forever when you cash out.

STICKY bonus chips can not be cashed out, but 'sick' in your account after you withdraw your 'real money' funds. You can then play on with the 'sticky chips', win more real money & cash out again.

e.g. Suppose you took a 100% sticky bonus on $100;
You start playing with $200 in your account.
After meeting WR, lets say you have $300 in your account, and you never went below $100.
You can cash out $200, but the $100 bonus chips are not lost - they stay in your account.
You play on and your bank dips to $25, but then you recover back to $100.
Now you can cash out $75, and still leave $25 'sticky chips' to play on with & try to win more.

Sticky bonuses used to be quite common, but the only casinos I know of who still do them are the Grand Virtual ones.

Hope that answers your question!
;)

I've cashed out from Vegas Red and Tropez.
They all have the stupid 4 day pending rule, but after the 4 days, the money was in my neteller very fast.
The 4 day rule is kinda annoying, but as long as you know beforehand.....

They will not pay your winning. It is part of tropez. Bellini, Europa and others and they did it with other players.

Why you take risk there ? Go to MG casinos, 32red or the playtech casinos who are accredited at casinomeister as Tilacasino, then you will be sur to get your winning, if you win of course.

that's my advise to you.Good Luck

Well, they actually did pay my winnings.
I think you can find examples/players in EVERY casino that had some sort of trouble getting paid at some time, for some reason.
Just passing my own experience, since OP asked :)

I also got paid twice, first time at Bellini and the second time got my check with Craps.com (nearly 2000 euro).
So I do not have bad experiences with this group at all :D

Like to play Playtech casinos, and deposited few times in this group. But after reversing 2 withdrawals in those 4 pending days, i stoped deposited. Got good status at tropez, got mails that my status means faster withdrawals and blah blah.....Still those 4 days pending remain. Had conversation with support, but they can't change that.
Anyway, found 2 playtech that had very quick withdrawals ( bet356 and Centrebet) and stuck with it, uninstalled all those casinos with 4 days pending.
After 4500$ that i wanted to withdraw, and reversed all, it's no point on trying.....

I am not sure why but I think Tropez is linked with Joyland in some way.
Maybe I started getting spam from Joyland when I joined Tropez but I never even bothered with the no deposit bonus so I must of thought something was not right.
Since people have said the Casino is ok I am wondering where and why I thought that.

Bellini, del Rio, Craps

I never had a bad experience with the Casinos from this group, playing Del Rio, Bellini and Craps. The only thing that is annoying is the pending time of 4 business days, but nobody forces the player to reverse withdrawals. After that period of time all my cashouts were in my moneybookers account within a few hours. Besides the staff is friendly and helpful. In my opinion everyone gets paid there.

Cheers Balky
