To confirm, this is an application to STAY my claim against them. The court have not provided me with a directions question pack. The hearing allows me to rebut their application to STAY my claim. This is not the actual claim case. Hence why the Court told me I don't need to file anything with them beforehand. They on the other hand do, as they are applying to STAY my claim.
