Greetings from downunder
I have a small problem that I'm not sure how to persue any further, Last month I joined Full tilt poker to give it a try.. Being in Australia I normally load neteller via poli payonline it's instant and easy, then use neteller to load full tilt.. until I noticed you could use poli at full tilt so I gave it a try.
My first attempts failed because the activex hadn't loaded properly and it timed out. Fixed that up and on Aug the 7th made a minimum deposit to test it and all ok receipt from my bank and poli went as smooth as loading to neteller..
But no funds in my account and e-mail arrived saying it takes up to 48 hours fair enough I'll go back to neteller next time, 3 hours later I recieved an e-mail saying the transaction had declined ??? checked the bak again funds definatley gone.. I guessed maybe a glitch I have had them at neteller and either my funds show in the account within 72 hours or go bank to the bank in around the same time and they send a e-mail confiming whichever..
I waited a week no funds in my account no bounce back to the bank.. I wrote to full tilt cashier explained and no reply 2 e-mails later I finally get a reply saying the deposit had timed out and to contact poli..
I did and received this reply
Thanks for your email.
I have located your transaction and can confirm it was 100% successful on our end. You would of received a receipt at the end of the transaction from ANZ confirming?
Despite what Full Tilt Poker say, I can confirm for you that the above transaction is not problematic, and Envoy Services (our customer, Full Tilt Pokers provider) did receive a successful message from our servers.
I have heard other customers do have issues with Full Tilt, as they're located overseas, sometimes they have delay's with processing these transaction for reasons unknown.
I will however contact Envoy services on your behalf and ask them to look into this for you.
Thanks
I sent this to full tilt no reply and another two e-mails ( over a week) before I was told they would send it to the relevant department for investigation and I would get an autmated reply when my funds were put into my account..
That was a week ago still no funds and no replys to any further e-mails.. it's not just that they have the worse support I've ever come across they don't give a damn,
I'm not ready to strike it off as a bad experience yet, it's not like a casino not paying out a win, this is well theft of my funds before I've even used them,
I'm not sure what the next course of action would be so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Tykesdad
