Lay off those statins and throw away your margarine. Our brain needs cholesterol . Before statins came on the market a reading of 350 was considered by experts to be normal. After they came on the market doctors where taught that a reading of 150 was the aim using statins as a tool. Big pharma has a lot to answer for
I was prescribed Statins a few years back. My cholesterol was through the roof 9.6 - I should by all intents have been on a mortuary slab.
Anyhow as well as taking them, I changed my entire outlook. Changed my diet, joined a gym and shifted lots of weight.
Happy to say my cholesterol in July just gone is: 2.5.
My cardio is also now such, that I am arguably the fittest I have ever been. But yes, statins do work and if I hadn't taken them back then, I may not be in a position to write this post.
As for vaccines. No more Covid jabs for me and same goes for the flu jab. I'll take my chances
