He's now done a video on vit D relating to this type of infection, after watching it I've just taken a mega dose 4 x 75mcg, hopefully that'll help get my levels up [120 capsules 75mcg for £5@ amazon, better value than boots or H&barret I think]




If it helps to ward off this virus or reduce the severity if you do catch it, then it's got to be worth the small cost of 4.1p per day per capsule, health boosts don't come any cheaper than this. [I'm not affiliated in any way to amazon, other retailers are available ]

I use to buy vitamins before but it can soon add up; Linus Pauling, the nobel prize winning scientist, [chemistry 1954] promoted the taking of Vit C and took mega doses of it himself. His research and theories on vit c were dismissed by the medical establishment, however he was a top scientist so I find it hard to believe he was making stuff up or not looking into the subject deeply with his intelligence.

If i feel myself coming down with something it's onto those high dose Vit C, 1000% recommended, dispersible tablets and get onto the white tea. As mentioned, the only side effects are felt by an increase in toilet paper purchases

Careful with them - go for a pee and you light up the room

If you eat any cereals you'll find they're quite high in Vit D as well - more needed in the winter months obviously (I wish i liked Fish, but i can't stomach it)

Just been to Lidl, there were loads of toilet rolls on the shelves, woman on checkout said to a customer,"it was all empty yesterday we have just filled it up and people are going mad I don't understand it". I said "well you don't even need toilet roll with Coronavirus", she said "well I've heard on day 4 you get bad diarrohea and sickness."

So it's all about the whispers and the fake facts going around.

I just am trying not to over worry and hope i have enough supplies. I have been watching up on all of this and i wish the response was quicker. I only buy the vitamin d pearls/capsules, I don't buy the dry tablets as I find the bulking agents can irritate my stomach, also you can get it in a mouth spray or drops.

I'm still convinced that countries with high sunlight will see less cases, and in the uk once the sunlight hours increase this will counteract the virus to some degree.

I just got back from the store, just my usual weekly trip, It's crazy! Every store is lined up and lot's packed. I had a short line up, They got paper towels no tp, no milk, bread products out or low and forgot to go by medicine aisle but got basic medicine coming today.

Well it is a new virus that has no cure or vaccine that is why people are more worried because we do know the after effects, some people are reporting scarred lungs from it.

The most contagious virus in the world is measles if we didn't have the MMR the world would be covered in red spots and people dying of that.

We may have to hope for a vaccine and no mutation or else the world will suddenly be a lot more isolated than we are used to.

I agree with the media absolutely ballooning this virus and creating reactionary panic, but clearly there's little point debating this virus' relative severity as people either believe it to be a storm in a teacup or that it'll devour us all.

When all's said and done I can't envisage death tolls to exceed 20,000 worldwide? Out of a population nearing 8 Billion

Compare that to the Black Death of the 14th century and you'll find that killed around 45-50 Million people
