These jerks are doing everything possible to avid paying me my winnings, be forewarned! Check out this transcript below:





You say you can't wire it to my bank, which I don't understand, as they accept bank wires from all over the world. Now, even though the option for a payout by check IS an option , it states that right on the website. You also say you cant pay me with bitcoin. I have another account, but it's at a credit union, which you also say you can't send wires to. So, tell me, what other options do I have Mr. Hearts?

Why wasn't I told this 2 MONTHS ago??? This is the only bank account I have , so just send me a check, as they DO accept int'l wires, and they accept int'l checks. This is just another way to avoid making the payout, ridiculous.

However unfortunately, we no longer work with the aforementioned bank.
For our purposes, we require that your alternative bank doesn't fall in the category of Credit Union, intermediary/subsidiary banks,
and allows you to receive international payments.
Please provide me with a list of the banks you're currently banking with.

After all this runaround, Tawni got involved, and I was paid the NEXT day, she's awesome!!!!!
Hearing this restores maybe an inkling of hope that I may receive my pay out. Sounds like a very similar situation. I don’t feel I’m hijacking your thread since you were able to get it resolved, but I'll PM Tawni my ordeal anyhow.

This is my first withdrawal from coolcat-casino , and verification process is always slightly painful for any first time payouts. It seemed to be going extremely smooth, all verifications and approvals and confirmations Had very little hang up. and then I got put on the never ending merry go round of wait a couple business days, contact support, have them copy and paste a generic and vague response, rinse and repeat. Now it’s to the tipping point of this is unacceptable.

While I deem Tawni to be an excellent rep there is no way Coolcat or Virtual casinos for that matter to come good. They had been given numerous opportunities in the past to get their act together. They behave for a while but will then be roguish again.
 
Such a dinosaur group too. Coolcat has been around for over 10 years I think. Lots of missed opportunities to simply clean up their act and be a respectable group built off trust. Shame.
