Last time something happened that implied a connection between an RTG casino with the Virtual group it was clicking "live chat" being greeted with a Virtual casino support agent who then tried to convince the player to defect to their Virtual group brand from the one they were already with, and wanting a chat agent.
In the end, it turned out that RTG had royally screwed things up, and there was no connection after all.
The fact that you get "unable to connect to server" rather suggests another RTG screwup. The message comes up because the link points to a game that does not exist on Jackpot Capital's server. It would be more of a concern if the game loaded and played. (I just went to JC site and tried the "instant - for fun", and can confirm the game link is there, but fails to load.
Without further evidence, we should assume "RTG screwup" again, and not put Jackpot Capital through the wringer over this.
