I was playing at Jackpot Capital using their browser (instant play) software version and noticed a Cool Cat Casino video game. This struck me in an odd matter knowing that Cool Cat is part of the Virtual Casino Group. When I clicked on the game I received an error message stating "Unable to communicate with server". I'm just wondering if anyone else saw this?

Oh My that's scary!!!!:eek2:

Yes just looked its not on Downloaded casino, but I also see it on the flash version, but doesn't load up.

Wonder whats going on?

I've been trying to reach the rep for JC since Thursday because I'm suddenly getting offers to accounts I don't have with both JC and Grande Vegas.
I don't dare to play there until I know where they came from.

I hope it's just some mistake and that noone else have had that. Now this too. Hmm :eek2:

Yeah, makes me wonder also. I deposited sort of heavy last few days and struck out every time with minimal game play. I'm going to hold off for awhile before I deposit again.

Last time something happened that implied a connection between an RTG casino with the Virtual group it was clicking "live chat" being greeted with a Virtual casino support agent who then tried to convince the player to defect to their Virtual group brand from the one they were already with, and wanting a chat agent.

In the end, it turned out that RTG had royally screwed things up, and there was no connection after all.

The fact that you get "unable to connect to server" rather suggests another RTG screwup. The message comes up because the link points to a game that does not exist on Jackpot Capital's server. It would be more of a concern if the game loaded and played. (I just went to JC site and tried the "instant - for fun", and can confirm the game link is there, but fails to load.

Without further evidence, we should assume "RTG screwup" again, and not put Jackpot Capital through the wringer over this.

It does make sense.

I just went to live support on JC. And they said they would check, they came back and said is not aware of any game "cool cat." I told them its right on the website under instant play under real series, they came back and said have no game called that on website. In the meantime I refreshed their site and its still sitting there under Cool Cat. Sometimes its really aggravating when people are not that sharp.

Remember, You are dealing with Customer Support. Most likely they are unaware of any technical issues on there web pages. I sent a PM to the JC rep to look into the matter.

I just pointed out that the game is there. I understand that the reps are typically are not able to get too far beyond wagering requirements and possibly clarification of terms. They "said" they could not even see the game. I sent the live chat rep a link of their own website where the game located. Now of course they are speaking to another person while they have me hold. They said they could not see it. Am I to believe that two or more reps are that incapable of viewing the website and seeing the game being there, or was this just a response based upon denial. Either one are certainly possible.

I am now just really curious how the game got there and is their any upcoming connection. The most logical explanation would be what Vinyl said. But what a horrible mistake to have a game from the worst known RTG to be put on the site of one of the better known.

The cool cat video slot is also available on Slotocash and Uptown Aces. I'm wondering if this is a package enable snafu. I do know if you sometimes in look misdone coupons you can also see Cherry Red and the Jackpot Jungle slot as well. Intersting that such a thing would only happen in the instant version and not the download version.

I have to agree. Vinyl made a good point. And your curiosity on how the game got there in the first place deserves consideration. I am curious too. Especially when I log into my JC casino account playing for real money. The Cool Cat video game is also listed in "Real Play" not just "fun Play". When you're playing for real money at Jackpot Capital Flash Casino you are playing at a supposedly SECURE site (HTTPS). This does raise questions.

1. Is the Cool Cat game there because of a RTG overlook?
2. Is it some kind of hack by the Virtual Casino Group?
3. is there something going on between Jackpot Capital Group and The Virtual Casino Group?

Agreed, I think it's just a screwup from the last update. Chances are that they have a standard menu for all RTGs and any exclusive games are supposed to be disabled and menu items hidden or deleted in the casinos that don't have them. Some glitch or programming error caused the game to be disabled, but the menu item didn't go away.

Most of the download casinos list Cherry Red slot in the allowed games list when you take a bonus even though that game was only ever available at Cherry Red (Rushmore group) so I think that seeing a connection between Jackpot Capital and Virtual group because the game menu shows a different slot might be jumping the gun a bit. But what's interesting is that it's showing up at Sloto group and JC, but not iNetBet or Club World. So either they're not all updating at the same time, or CW and iNetBet are more careful when they're ticking off boxes?

The CS do themselves no favours when they actually CHECK before saying "it's not there" when it very clearly is. It leaves players having to decide whether CS is really THAT dumb, or whether they have been told "deny everything" from higher up. The latter has been well documented at rogue RTG casinos, and the Virtual group were the best practitioners of the art before they embarked on this latest "operation clean our act up to get out of the pit".

What players need is an acceptance that the game shows in the menu, an investigation, followed by confirmation that there has been a cock-up by RTG and that it will be corrected shortly.

I have also seen this happen at Microgaming casinos, often with games that have been removed suddenly reappearing, but not necessarily loading. I have also seen brand specific slots in the "wrong" casino.

Wrong link

Hi there,

Please note that there was an incorrect link applied in our flash games, which is being resolved as we speak.

Apologies for this and it should be corrected ASAP!

Kind regards,
Yasmeen

Thanks Yasmeen!

IMO it's a slot game made to be indigenous to Cool Cat Casino... kinda like the one on Club World Casino, entitled "Club World".

All signs point to an RTG screw up. The funniest thing here is an actual Cool Cat Casino slot game! LMAO! If you ever thought
RTG was "rigged", wait until you get a load of that game! :p Come on Cool Cat Casino, who do you think you are? Huh?
