Contacting Slotocash

I had problems with live chat this weekend. Sometimes it would work and sometimes not. I found that instead of going into live chat from the cashier page, go into it from the casino front page. Seemed to work a whole lot better.

I ended up contacting the rep here. Won't be as quick as live chat but less than 24 hrs.

Hi All,

Thank you for the information, we have identified a problem with live chat in the casino lobby after Rival did an update and defaulted to an old version with incorrect support email and live chat ID.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and we hope to resolve shortly.

In the meantime we suggest you contact live chat from our website and not the casino lobby.

Please also use the email [email protected] to contact support.

Thanks Again

It isn't just a case of wrong address it seems.

I've been waiting two days + for an email reply.

Although, given that my query was about being bonus banned, the reality is that I'm most likely being ignored.

I used the [email protected] address as per normal.

I used to spend 1,000's at Sloto and I ended up being treated like dung...... and all because at one stage I was slightly ahead. Incredibly short sighted IMO.

I really hope you will look into and solve the bonus ban problem, not just with Nifty, but with all the bonus banned players at Slotocash. As many casinos that are out there looking for new players to service, you would think that Slotocash (which is the best Rival IMO), would not stoop to the bonus ban "win too much" routine. Costs more than just the one player's business when players read about the bonus banning going on. It keeps quite a few new players from wanting to sign up. JMO
