This isn't really a complaint, hence I did not post it in the complaints section. Intercasino has always been super good as far as my account with them has gone, but I have a couple of questions for anyone that might know:
1) I accepted the Wild Card bonus in May. I did a fair amount of wagering on video poker (I have no idea how much exactly), however when I recently looked at the bonus status under my promotions, it said that I had only wagered $5! Seems like something isn't tracking correctly.
Now to the more important issue...
2) When I tried to contact Intercasino by e-mail (at support@intercasino.com) to ask them to check into the above-mentioned situation, my e-mail bounced and the message that came back said that my message had been filtered. So I tried to e-mail ryanh@intercasino.com and got the exact same result.
I do use a free e-mail service and can understand that mails from that provider might be blocked due to other users sending spam from that address, but in that case, wouldn't Intercasino at least add the e-mail addresses of its own clients to their Whitelist? Seems a bit strange that I can't contact them in this manner.
Does anyone know an alternate e-mail address that may not block my communications?
I will appreciate anyone's thoughts in this regard.
