Been playing with them for over 4 years, verified multiple times. Now they hold my winnings because they are unable to verify my wealth; with constants on going requests.

According to several posts online :

- You've had a transfer from your family member : provide proof, and why, provide their ID as well
- You've deposits cash in to bank ? : Provide proof where you retrieved that cash from
- You've had a casino winnings from another website : provide proof of statements and deposits to your bank

The lists goes on. After verifying through other complaint websites, the casino will do everything in their power to not verify their customers.

I'm starting too believe that the casino hopes the player will zero out their balances by the time verification is done.
