Can anyone tell me if they know exactly when CTC's bonus policies changed? They are telling me that they changed just prior to a cash-out request I made on 8/10 which now means that even though I deposited 3x without a bonus, the bonus I did take prior to that is carried forward forever and results in me losing over $1,000 of my withdrawal request. I'd appreciate any info. anyone might have. As well. I'm having extreme difficulty in receiving the remainder -- being sent in installments! Is this happening to anyone else?

Hi JSpillane; Welcome to the forum. You seem to have stumbled upon the Casinomeister's forum somewhat late or you would have been forewarned as to the policies employed by Connect to Casino. I think they (Connect to Casino) are paying their own mothers in installments. As far as their T&C's, those are changed on almost a daily basis and that's exacly how they like it. Rest assured they'll not be changing that policy anytime soon.

Again, welcome to the forum and have a good one.

The "all cashouts are limited to twice your last bonus" addition was in place no later than August 10th. Unfortunately I don't know when it was actually implemented, but I noticed it on that date - which appears to be the actual date of your cashout.

If you PM John Spears here (handle: "connectocasino"), I'm sure you'll have any cashout issues expediated.

Thank you Cipher & Caruso

I appreciate the info. from the both of you. However, John Spears barely ever responds to any e-mails & unfortunately for me, this is my 2nd go-around with this casino. Previously, it took me over 40 days to receive a cash-out request but at that time I was having the money sent to me via Western Union and I was told that they had a limit on what they could send to me via that method. I was told after the fact that if I would have had a PPATM acct. I would have received the money sooner. Believing this to be the case, I acquired a PPATM card, dropped more money at this casino and now come to find out that they are still paying in installments! And I'm still waiting for the 1st one! Foolish, foolish me!
