Confusion at 3Dice

Hopefully someone here can help me with the confusing answers I am getting at 3Dice today :) I played for a while and was ready to make a withdrawal (this was only my 2nd withdrawal and the 1st time to do a bank wire). So I see that they show a minimum of $500 for a bank wire - I was going to make a withdrawal for $800 but after I entered all my information a box popped up saying the minimum withdrawal was $1000.

I had just talked to someone on live chat (they are super nice on there, and so quick with information! just had to throw that in there) and the person on live chat said that and I quote "she thinks it is $500"

So after the box popped up that said the minimum was $1000, I go back to live chat and get the same woman and she says and I quote "well it's probably $1000 then as a minimum"

Alright, now I'm confused, lol. First off, let me say, that I'm not upset or frustrated at her confusion - although it would have been nice to get a straight answer - because truly, everyone there is so nice and helpful, I figure she's new or is tired or something. But how does she not know??

So, maybe all you 3Dice die hards will be able to help me out... why does it say $500 if it is really $1000 when you click on the bank wire transfer under the cashier... did it used to be $500 and they have changed it? Is the $1000 something new? And don't we think a minimum of $1000 is awfully high for a bank transfer? I had to throw that one in, because I think it's high, but maybe I'm missing something.

Sorry if this has been talked about before, I looked through as many 3Dice posts as I could handle before finally asking :)

If you want a definitive answer to the question nepatsfan01 I'd suggest you email 3Dice support - [email protected] or you might prefer to use [email protected] although TBH I think they all get dealt with by the same people.

The live chat customer service at 3Dice is very friendly and fast but they're not always 100% when it comes to the information they provide.

I asked about making a withdrawal back to my credit card because I couldn't see the option in the cashier and the person in live chat was telling me that it should be there. I told her it definitely wasn't there and she said it should be there so we had to leave it at that for the evening, with the promise that someone from 3Dice would email me.

I did indeed get an email from 3Dice Support the next day, and when I was next on I was correctly informed by someone else that their current card processor couldn't make withdrawals back to credit cards and I'd have to use another method :)

why not take the check option i believe it's way less of a min.$ and exceptionally secure and fast

this intended for op =North Carolina

I guess I figured if I do a bank wire, it would get to me faster :p I had enough to do a bank wire - but just barely enough and it didn't leave me any playing money for the evening, lol.

Either way, I thought someone here may have the answer quickly and it seemed like a good place to come to get the answer last night... because I know so many of you play at that casino.

I'll just email them and ask - thanks Chopley for the details!

WRONG!!! For some inexplicably reason, BANK WIRE is 4 0or 5 days slower that overnight express( fedex). Its also more expensive.

I have often wondered why in this electronic age , BANK WIRES took so fri^^&*g long when all that is required is clicking a few buttons. I guess it has to be the funds being routed all over the globe before it arrives at your bank.
In addition to the casino charging more for a bank wire, your bank also charges a fee at least most do

*Confusion resolved*

3Dice so kindly emailed me and explained everything in detail (I hadn't read the email when I just made the above post), and it may be a technical problem. As she put it, they have a "preferred" amount of $1000 but you can withdraw for less amount with the proper fee. She is looking into it to see what is going on.

It is so wonderful working with a casino that is so quick with information and so dedicated to customer support. What a breath of fresh air compared to all other casinos!!

Thanks for the info - I think I'm catching on to that now... from now on, I'll just get a check :)
