I would imagine the casino is correct per their terms and conditions.

What you should have done was withdraw the max 150 from their promotions.

Then re-deposit and start again.

I agree, these terms are predatory, but you are not the first and certainly won't be the last to have been done by these terms.

This is particularly important because Locowin is now relying on a supposed €150 restriction to justify cancelling my withdrawals and removing my winnings. However, they have not provided me with a clear and specific contractual clause establishing this €150 limit.


I therefore ask Casinomeister to examine this matter carefully.


If Locowin maintains that a €150 maximum applied to my winnings, I request that they provide:

1. The exact Terms and Conditions containing the €150 maximum withdrawal clause.
2. The exact version of those Terms and Conditions that was in force when I claimed and used the Free Bet.
3. The specific clause number establishing this €150 limit.
4. Une explication de la façon dont cette prétendue restriction de 150 € est compatible avec... clause 2.10.11, which states that there is no maximum cash-out limit for Free Bets and Promotional Free Bets.
5. Proof that this €150 restriction was clearly disclosed to me before I used the promotion.

I strongly contest Locowin's decision to confiscate my winnings based on an alleged maximum withdrawal limit of €150.

I have carefully reviewed Locowin's terms and conditions, including those applicable to free bets and free promotional bets. I can find no clause stating that winnings from this promotion are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit of €150.

On the contrary, clause 2.10.11 of Locowin's terms and conditions states that there is no maximum withdrawal limit on winnings from free bets and free promotional bets.

I was never informed that my winnings would be limited to €150, and I received no clear notification of such a restriction before playing.

In my opinion, Locowin cannot simply introduce or rely on a previously undisclosed €150 limit after winnings have been generated, especially when its own terms and conditions appear to indicate otherwise.
I therefore request that Casinomeister investigate whether Locowin applied a restriction that was not actually included in the applicable Terms and Conditions at the time in question.
