Confiscated funds - klasino

So I deposited on a new site that my partner had played on, the site was called klasino, £20 and got the £20 matched deposit welcome bonus and had to wager 40x through the cash and bonus funds not just the bonus, luckily enough I hit a 1000x on diamond mine and was able to do the wagering, but it took about 16 hours, was only playing 20p stakes, I withdrew £180 and it went in for processing. 2 days later I get a email saying that the funds have been confiscated and the original £20 deposit had been returned to my account, in the terms and conditions 2 people from the same I.P address can’t get the same welcome bonus, surely this is not fair because I would not have got the same email if I had lost the money and wasn’t able to get through the wagering, it feels to me like those terms and conditions are for only when you win and not when you lose because they were happy to give me the promotion in the first place, has anybody got any advice for me

I know I should of read the t and c, it’s not really the money it was the time invested into clearing the wagering is the most upsetting thing

Aye, sadly it's a pretty standard term - one account per household. Which is ludicrous these days.

Many let you play but always good to ask beforehand and use accounts "normally" instead of whole family always only activate to play when there is some deposit bonus available (and if top of that 4 people from same family have pretty identical behavior in deposit patterns, gameplay etc... it can ring some bells).

Just with my experience, many casinos do allow multiple accounts in family, but rule have it's place for obvious abuse potential especially in welcome bonuses where all 4 family members only use that (often they have exact same favorite games and max bet size allowed). If like some casino where somebody from household already have account, many let you open other one, especially if you don't use welcome bonus.
