I got an email from CON stating that I needed to fax them ID before they could complete my cash out. So I faxed the ID and they completed the cash-out. The thing is, I've never heard of them doing this to anyone else, so I'm a little paranoid. What should I make of this? Are they trying to drop me a hint or something?

I use Neteller too. What seems strange is that I've made several withdrawals in the past, but didn't ask for it until now.

Thats the problem with many rtg casinos as they need a faxback form and copies of id,address etc. This is a surefire way of delaying your withdrawal even if you deposit by neteller as the lousy casinos will always claim they didnt receive the documents,they were illegible or sometimes that those documents are not what they want. The better rtg casinos eg.phoenician and nostalgia never asked for these things if you deposit by neteller.

@Choi,

Maybe your "several withdrawals in the past" has reached their threshold point. Let's say at DrHo888, if your total withdrawals reached $500, that's the only time they asked for some identification like driver's license, passport or other proof of billing address.

Why? I really don't know. :what: Could be delaying tactics. :( At least, the most important thing is getting paid. :thumbsup:

Keep us updated, will you?

--- I think, and this is just IMHO, that all online casino's are moving that way because of all the scams, bonus hunters (guilty as charge yer majesty) and fraud from certain groups of players in certain countries. The unfortunate thing is, that casinos who never used to do this are now doing it, and the 'not guilty' are 'paying' the price of delay. I am putting together a website, that actually shows the EXACT time table of certain methods of payment by casinos, in the event, of course, that you follow their commands to the 'T' and keep on their cases! Point is... this is how it is going to be from now on... and we might as well get used to it! IMHO only.----

Casino on net is not a RTG casino!

My apologies. I thought CON meant connectocasino. I also play at casino-on-net. Its quite an honest casino although the graphics are not as good as mg or playtech. However,once I submitted my documents,they sent me my cashout according to the timetable listed at their website. That was 4 days but at least they stuck to it.

Maybe there was something to my paranoia after all. I was denied my bonus on my deposit following the I.D. request. I'm a little sad, as CON bonuses were the best. Can't say I blame them, though.

Did they give you an explanation or you have multiple accounts?

It was because I only deposit when there's a bonus, and I always take the max. They also said that they would consider restoring my bonus privileges if I played a bit without a bonus and convinced them that I am a really gambler.

That is easy, just put in a $100 and flat bet on Blackjack at minimum bet for a while. If you use basic strategy, you won't lose too much even if you are unlucky! Do that for a few times, and you might even win something.

Not sure about their bonuses being the best! The sign-up one certainly is. The others are so so.
