Codeta Casino Bad Experience / no rep answer

Hey,

Just wanted to share my Codeta experience. I thought at first: wow nice finally a good live casino!

But:

1: slow payments, you cant compare to trada who are fast. Codeta doesnt process the withdrawals fast, i reversed several times snd lost everything.

2: (at least iphone) webpage full of bugs. Slots not working (e.g Bar Bar Black sheep and several other).

Page crashing several times, loading slow, chat not reachable.

3. refusing to pay welcome cash back cause account has been closed after my wish for few hours (cause i was really disappointed). Then i thought that its unfair to not give me my cashback for one week (the week was over, account wasnt closed during the week) so i asked in live chat for cashback and reopening my account. This was denied cause i asked to close my account after the cashback week was finished. Zhis would not have happened if they would have credited me the cashback without me asking for it. But i didnt get it till many hours from the day have already passed.

4. i asked the rep here by PM and didnt get any answer, just have been ignored (i checked his forum activity, he was online after i wrote him).
 
codeta non payments

Codetta really slow in paying and when you ask for the payment to be checked they want you to fulfill futile hoop jumping like providing bank statements showing transactions 2 days before they say it was even processed! I have had 2 similar problems with other casinos recently and the difference in the way they handled the issue could not be more different. Payment was checked straight away, apologies given and then facts and figures produced from the payment provider. Why would any one with a brain ask for a payment to be checked knowing it will be traced to their bank account as they had it all along! This sort of request makes you feel you are not believed and treats you as some sort of crook. However, if the provision of the statements resulted in the casino apologising and admitting you never rec'd the payment and sending a replacement then no one would mind but the fact is the casino will still do their own checks and this is the only way of finding out where the payment is. Even if they give you a reference number for the payment most banks will not entertain tracing the payment as the onus is on the sending bank as it has to be traced from source. Afterall, it is the sender who owes the money and it is them who has the first point of tracing it.

I do not like this attitude from Codeta and can forsee a battle to get my winnings of nearly £2000.

If i understand evertyhing you have still not recevied your withdrawal from us? And the support is telling you that they are tracing the payment?

If you could give me your username with us i could have a look at this.
