There was a banner at the top of the forum advertising a $1000 exclusive CM slots tourney at All Jackpots.
I have never played in any slots tourneys before, but thought this sounded good.
So I clicked on the banner, and got taken to the AJ website with this at the top of page:-

All good so far:thumbsup:
So I logged in to my AJ account, looked for the tourney & found it, no problem.
But when I tried to register for it I got this:-

Full...! With 4000 players??? :what:
How come a tourney that is EXCLUSIVE to CasinoMeister has 4000 players?

I reckon this tourney is open to everyone who's a member at All Jackpots (and possibly their sister casinos too?), and not just people visiting this forum, in which case it's hardly exclusive is it?

Is this deceptive marketing, or am I missing something...

Well, I think Bryan would have to be the one to answer that. I just checked out the members' list, and there's just over 8400 members.

He'd have to find out how many members have been active since this "exclusive" promotion was posted....which hasn't been that long; and I kinda doubt that 4,000 have noticed it.

I asked Bryan this question some time ago and I think there was some miscommunication and that the tourney isnt exclusive to CM members. Maybe he might be able to arrange something when he returns.

If there was miscommunication on Bryan's end, then why is AllJackpots advertising it as exclusive? Wouldn't it be the other way around?

You're right, because their slots tourney is also on AllSlots available and it works on all 3 casinos from the JackpotFactory group, so there's really nothing exclusive on it.

Please don't play there for the Tournaments, at least not for REAL money, because it doesn't works!

I had now really good chances on AllSlots, to win a tournament, because i was over 250,000 points on a slot and on the 8th place, but i could buy 5x continues with 7 minutes and 35,000 coins per continue so i had really good chances because the highest place was only 430,000 and the 2nd 360,000 and the 3rd 340,000

I made the big error and bought the continues, but after that nothing works!

I made only 2 spins and after that the spins stayed wheeling and never stops, then i must go out from the casino and logged new in, but then i couldn't get in to the slot.

After the 7 minutes, it works again fine, but after i've bought the $5 continue playtime and coins, the same crap happens again and this even all the 5 times, on which i've bought the continues!

I could get even very near to the 5th place (1,000 coins away), so that i could at least more then double my deposit.
I have now 70,000 coins left and have surely lost 20 minutes of my full playtime, so there were really good chances, to win this tournament, or at least, to get 3x my balance, but now i've lost only $25!

The chat support told me, that this is an ISP issue, but all works fine from my side, because i've tested it and i could play on all another casinos also very fine, so that's surely not the problem.

They told me then, that they'll transfer it to their casino management and if there was an issue from their side, i'll get back some dollars *lol*

sorry, but i've not only lost my $25 dollars, i've lost the great chance, to win this tournament and get much more dollars.

So be aware of this practice, because all the slots works every time fine, because i've played there the last 3 mon ths daily on all the free slots tournaments and today i decided the first time to play with money on the tournaments, because i knew, that i could certainly get more money back, as i've deposit, but not, when the connection is always broken on this slot!

This is an issue that the casino must address. It is especially apparent in the $200 tourneys where the reels either keep spinning or crawls at a slow pace. There is nothing like this in the $50 tourneys as there are less people playing and so there is less pressure on their servers.

For the free tourneys, as I havent used any of my own money that's OK. However, if I continued play with my own dough, it really sucks when this continuous spinning spoils any chances I have of making it to the top. I believe that VWM would have some expertise on this issue and could advise.

That's right, because i had also never any problem on the $50 tourneys, but on the $2,000 tourney it's really impossible to win something, although you have to pay for it, when you want to continue!

However, it's really not fair, that the casino support say to me, that this must be an issue with MY ISP, because they've never heard about any problems from another player on their slots tournament?

Hi all,

I've deactivated those banners and I'm checking into this now. Sorry for any misunderstandings/inconvenience.
