Ok, so I sent all my docs to ClubWorld and I had to resend new CC info, I tried calling them no answer, tried their website online chat no answer, and emailed them no answer hmmm, I just want to know if my new docs are verified? I emailed to account manager from here and I was told that it is unacceptable that I get no answers and he would look into it over week later still no answer? I have played there some but afarid to deposit anymore because of lack of replies back to me. I called them again yesterday and they finally answered and told me I was emailed 3 times at yahoo account and I have no such emails from them but I do however have the verification form they sent me in the beginning so I know they have the right address and I can receive from them, so who knows? Is anyone else having these issues with them? Thanks

It's been discussed in other posts numerous times. You may not be receiving your emails at Yahoo. I'd change email addresses and ask them to contact you there.

Lisa, check your Bulk mail and also your Trash folder too...it's possible they could have gotten filtered into one of those...

I had same problem with Inet so I changed my email to Yahoo, some of their emails come in my spam folder and some dont. Just recheck the spam or maybe try gmail

So far babs I have not had to worry about payouts only deposits! But that is why I picked CW also for fast payouts IF I ever get one!

Just for shits and giggles, open a gmail (www.gmail.com) account and ask that they try and email you there. I'll lay 100:1 that it goes through.

As it's been mentioned before, Yahoo is notorious for blocking emails altogether.

CW was the one who told me to open Yahoo account because they said they have trouble with aol emails, funny thing is, I already have had two emails in my Yahoo from them when they sent out the verification form but after that nadda. Thanks for other email address but you know I already have two email accounts and I don't feel like having to open anymore just to get email from them, ya know what I mean? Two is enough for anyone! lol If they can't get mail to me I will play somewhere else. I did email them from this site so I feel they could, if nothing else, address the issue here on casinomeister for me right? I think so anyway, just my opinion which means little.

Interesting. I did not get emails on my msn address, they said they had problems with that too. I did open gmail and get them now.

But it makes me wonder why are they having problems with so many email providers?

I tried sending out a newsleter not long ago and every gmail/yahoo account bounced it - all the others seemed ok. They're spam protection is quite zealous methinks
