I requested a withdrawal to usemywallet at 1:00 a.m. my time on Friday morning. At 9:00 a.m. (PST) I talked to support. I was told it was 5:00 p.m. there and the cashier had already gone home. Support said they did not know why it was not processed but would check with cashier first thing Monday morning and have it taken care of. So of course, over the weekend I play back quite a bit of my withdrawal.
I informed live chat that I am changing it to ACH withdrawal because usemywallet will take so much longer. I was going to usemywallet because it would process on Monday anyways. But since they could not process on Friday I would use ACH. I was told no problem, I was eligible.
I get on today at 8:00 a.m (PST) which should be 4 p.m. cashier's time. My withdrawal has still not processed and the cashier and manager have already left for the day. Support cannot tell me why it has not processed. Oh maybe I have an echeck pending. I tell them, no, no echeck, that was last withdrawal and I had not used again since I had to wait last time.
Well support has no idea why it has not been processed for the second business day in a row (saturday and sunday just a waste). They cannot do anything now until tomorrow morning. No reply as to why their support person did not follow through nor why their manager did not answer email.
Just wait till tomorrow again, and apparently I have to get up about 2:00 a.m. my time to be able to talk to them when the cashier and manager are there. This whole scene concerns me, no explanations, no processing, no answer to email to manager, lies and nothing done when support does not follow through, wouldn't you be concerned? I find the other casinos I use process to usemywallet within hours and ACH with 24 hours. Clubworld has not met either of these expectations.
