Hi all. I have seen such a drastic change at clubworld recently. I thought at first that it was just happening to me but when I go to their websites I see it is universal. What I am seeing is that the bonuses have dropped considerably. Not just the very low percentages for the bonuses but the playthru requirments have become astronomical. Its as if they are saying "don't you dare take a bonus here unless you want to lose badly". :) For table games the wagering is outrageous and seemingly impossible to get through. The percentages are lower and lower also.
Did they come under new management? Why did the rep leave here? Why did the rep leave the company? Who is the rep here now (are they permanent)?
It just seems to me as if they are going from awesome to heading down the sewer fast. Its ashame. As an American I don't have many options and they have become a non-option for me since these changes took place.

What did they used to be before?

I see them pretty consistently at 65% or so for all games bonus, 70% for slots, with something on offer pretty much every day, which I would consider pretty good. However, the tradeoffs are high wagering requirements, bonus can't be cashed out, and slot rtp lower than some of the alternatives at microgaming and playtech.

I think I generally prefer the microgaming and even playtech bonuses, but these are still tolerable in my view. You just need to be prepared to lose most of your deposits for a chance to occasionally win big - some of the higher variance slots throw out some nice payouts. But if luck isn't on your side, you won't be seeing any money coming back.

how they was before?
i received a lot of times not 1, not 2, but many times, deposite $150 play with $650

a free chip and a 100% at least every 15 days

manhattan slots at least 1 time a month was 200% (now its not, at least to me)

yeah, they are WAY different now. They used to give loyalty bonuses, daily, weekly and monthly. Minimum 100% and often much more. They used to give free chips up to $1000 pretty often. Now they give loyalty bonuses of like 50% and $15 free chips. It is night and day. Also, the daily bonuses aren't as good as often. Top it all off with what you would call predatory terms and conditions at most other casinos and you have the makings of a non-player friendly casino. Why did this happen? All the changes happened at the same time... rep quits, terms change, bonuses get ugly. Something happened and it sucks.
Who wants to play bonus terms of somewhere in the vicinity of 120 times up to 300 times playthru for a 35% bonus? Or a 100% bonus? Or ANY bonus? With those terms they should just stop offering them since they apparently don't want people to take them anymore. It used to be 30 to 45 times wagering on same games. Now it is 120 to 300 times. Outrageous.
Only if you play slots and slots only will the terms not really have changed... but the bonuses still did.

Not that recent. Changes to the weightings were implemented 3-4 months ago. The ALL GAMES bonus is unachievable if you play table games only as the weightings are 0.1-0.15 to the dollar. You need to mix it with slots play. In addition, I believe they have also sneakily reduced the comps earning on table games as a total of say $100 in bets hardly increases your comps at all. Its now 3-4 times harder to obtain a cashout at the CW range of casinos. In addition, something doesn't seem right about the RTG table games as you hardly, if ever, win 3 games in a row and that holds true for all table games. For slots, ever since they changed the way the reels spun eg T-Rex, I do have a feeling that the RTP has been reduced drastically. No actual proof, just a gut feeling across all RTG casinos.

I really doubt whether it is possible to get a decent cashout even once out of 20 deposits. Of course, there could well be an abnormal Dream Run as I noticed in another thread a short while ago. My advice would be to deposit only sparsely at RTG casinos as there seems to be something funny going on.

I guess the best advice for RTG casinos is probably to make small deposits, stick to the high variance games, and expect to lose. Otherwise the house edge will eat ya. As opposed to microgaming bonuses you can just play however you want and still have a decent chance of winning.

I also noticed something slightly odd at Club World, the pay table on the Jacks or Better game is different between Club World and Lucky Red (worse at Club World). Support had (a month or two ago) told me that the RTP for slot games falls between 94-97%, and that it's the same across all casinos in the CW group. However, noticing the above discrepency, it's possible that Club World switched to or is using the low return RTG setting. Just seemed a bit strange to me.

What was the change made to the T-Rex slot/reel spin?

What was the change made to the T-Rex slot/reel spin?

The T-rex together with a host of other slots has a slight jarring effect. Previously, I could predict with 95% accuracy whether the eggs fall on the screen once the reels started spinning. Not so now. I experienced features with 5 eggs thrice and 4 eggs on numerous occasions. Not so now. Heck, I am unable to get a 3-egg feature even once in 200-400 spins. That could be down to luck so I shall keep to miniscule deposits of $20 and hope to hit big on high variance slots as you said.

Got all of their Christmas bonuses. All junk.

I see that a casino rep read and looked at this topic and thread but didn't respond! Wow. Says a lot to me just by saying nothing.

The new slot spinning reel method was designed to take the whether you could guess whether a bonus was going to land or not factor away.
I've seen on occasion where the bonus symbol should not show up 3 times, yet it did. Sometimes it would land, other times it wouldn't.
The reel spin is now purely for show, not for actually showing you the reel strip.
Initially when I saw this I got upset myself, because I myself could see a pattern on whether the reel would land on a bonus or not. Now as said by Chu that has been changed. Yet with my Windows 8 computer, the new spin method has helped me play RTG games on Windows 8. As before the games barely played, because they ran so slow.
So it does allow me to get away from my desktop computer from time to time and play games on my lap top. Which I bought unfortunately not realizing all of the initial weening headaches with Win 8. Yet I have come to at least get over the headaches.
Now only if they would update all of the games to the new format. I could play all of the games on both machines.

Great advice for people not in the land of the free USA :(

Hi bigsmile and all !

I am the rep for ClubWorld apologies for the delay it responding.

We have a broad mix of bonuses available through our continual offers, special promotions, daily and monthly VIP free chips and cash back offers to name but a few. As you point out some T&Cs changed last year to bring play through in line with the RTP on certain table games.

We try to offer a large range as everyone likes something a bit different. If you PM me your login I will look into your account and see what we can offer to try and meet your requirements.

We offer 9 years of stable, fast payouts and excellent customer support to try and give you the best possible experience.

Kins Regards,
Karolina

Thanks for replying but honestly the revised contributions to wagering requirements takes the fun out of taking bonuses. Some table games contribute $0.10 or 0.15 to the dollar effectively increasing wagering tenfold with the bonuses uncashable too. I would hope to see the wagering at least to contribute 0.4- 0.5 to the dollar. At least there is a more realistic chance of meeting wagering requirements.

Hi chuchu59!

I appreciate your comments in this matter.

I can bring this suggestion up on next management meeting we will have.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

hi Karolina,

i just pmd u half hour ago..

can u pls take a look and give me an update?

Hi,

I think I am mostly disappointed in the new wagering reqs. Although, I never really took a bonus often, when I did, it was a 20x deposit+bonus. Now, they are all 25x or more.

The occasional times they offered free spins + percentage bonus with a deposit were cool when they had no wagering on the free spins. Now, the wagering is not figured until the free spins are done. Meaning, if you win decent on those free spins, your wagering requirement could be off the hook.

If they are going to include the winnings from the free spins, I think it would be nice to have a lower wagering requirement, or go back to no wagering on the free spin winnings. It's hard enough to wager 20 times. Now with 25x, I am not interested.

(But, I did get an e-mail with a 30% "no wagering" last night.)

And that's generous nowadays ;)

I have bashed CW in the past & yes the WR is high. That said, they pay in a timely fashion & I have been a beneficiary to that fact. Mind you, I get NO bonuses offered. No X-Mas, No Happy Birthday, No ty for your loyalty! Just the standard 35% match and they always come through. In the US, this should be noted. IMO

Thanks for the reply Karolina. The problem really is as Chu pointed out. It is outrageous betting demands for playthru. Lets just look at a quick example:

You give a bonus of 60%. I deposit $50 and you give me $30. Now you are saying if I play blackjack I must wager $20,000 worth of bets just to be able to cashout and then you keep the bonus. So WHY would I ever agree to do this? That is not keeping in line with RTP of a table game. That is making it nearly mathematically impossible to finish the wagering requirements. It is actually quite outrageous.
So then when you have your meeting please let them know that in comparison to your competition your bonus % is too low and your wagering requirments are WAY out of whack and so much higher than any of your competition that it is comical.
I agree that your payouts are fast.... and that is nice.... but if you take any of your bonuses and play other games than slots then you simply will not be cashing out to test that speed of payouts so it is a mute point. PLEASE have them fix this as it has made your brand unplayable to me at this point. It just really rubs me the wrong way.

easy answer maybe you realy should look at not taking the bonus ) then your free to do what ever you desire

it could be looked at granted , but if so bad just dont get involved or play else they may offer you a better deal

Club World Casino not working for me, anyone else?

hello all!

I requested my first withdrawal from club world casino on May 5, 2014, and since May 6, 2014 the site has been down (for me), see screen shot. Does anyone else have a problem of not being able to use club world casino, or am I being paranoid that I requested a payout and boom! no more site?

When I email support they tell me they cannot access the admin part to check on my withdrawal.

Their other sites are up and running.

Anyone else not able to use CWC software or instaplay?

Thanks,
Bob
