I am a member at club world and lucky red. I have a cashout pending at both. I sent in my forms. They were accepted. Then I had to call them. So I did it. Then I had to call again... and again I did. All total they made me call or called me 4 times to verify the same exact questions. They keep denying my cashouts without email explanations.
Finally, the last time we spoke, i was very upset with the constant delays. So what did they do? They emailed me saying my SCANNED ID image was too blurry!!! LOL!! That is the same ID scan that was accepted at rushpod and mainstreet with no issues. I explained it is a SCAN. I sent it to myself and it is PERFECT. So I sent it to them again. Again they said "not good enough". They said "send it at 300 dpi". firstly, I don't even know what this means. I keep asking "how can a perfect scan be blurry when you look at it but not when anyone else gets it?"
Secondly, I am being harrassed by these idiots. Why the hell do I have to keep jumping through hoops if an ACCREDITED casino will not pay me. To hell with them. I want my money from them but I would never play at these scum bags casinos again. I should be able to charge them for my time of all this stupid games. They have spoken with me 4 times and received my perfectly scanned docs several times. This group is totally OUT OF CONTROL and I fear they will be keeping all of my winnings and keep finding new reasons to not pay.

Is your scan copy in PDF format or MPEG format? My first scanned documents were in MPEG. For some reason their system could not view them properly. I simply changed the scanned documents/pictures to PDF and they were clear for Club World. You can find free services on the web to do this if you need.

As for the phone calls, well other than the one phone call welcoming me to their casino, I never had any problems. I am unsure why they are phoning you repeatedly. It may be that they have some concerns. I would ask to speak to cashier representative and ask exactly what is occurring. The other thing you can do is open a chat window and email documents to a CS rep. Ask them to check whether documents are clear before passing them onto cashiers. This way you have an actual pair of eyes look at (or attempt to open) your documents while in chat with you. Hope you manage to work it all out. Usually this group is very good and I'm sure it's something annoyingly simple (but still annoying). Good luck.:)

Hi and thank you for the helpful response. It is a jpeg format scan. I guess what is the most frustrating is that I know it is fine and every other casino accepted it easily. The calls in addition to this silly behaviour (it is obvious to me that they are looking for some way to not pay me or have me get fed up with all the wasted time and just let them keep my money) really have me fired up. I just want them to act accredited and be good. Not this type of douchebaggery. This is more than enough to keep me away forever after this fiasco.

This is what I usually do and because all of my bills, bank statements, income slips etc are sent to my email in PDF/TXT format I have never had any trouble what so ever.

There is a neat little FREE program
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
Cool PDF reader which I have always used for all my docs as it will convert PDF Documents to jpeg, gif, txt etc and vise versa

Hope that may help the op somewhat

just to add op, Make sure your email program/software is not reducing the images for sending purposes this was happening to me when I first started sending docs and I had to change some settings so it would send the full image.

Cheers
Matt

I went through the same excessive silliness with them. I cannot honestly recommend this group. I stopped playing them after they gave me the run around for over a month with the old "ID blurry" routine. It is such a lie. I too had my ID accepted everywhere at online casinos only to run into this shady group that has blurry vision I guess LOL.

If you havent played here yet and you dont want to get messed around and have to jump through outrageous obstacles to get paid then you would be better off at a lot of other online casinos. Try rushmore, inetbet, Las vegas usa, slots jungle. All much, much safer and honest than this group. Also, the specials are better too.

Let me speak with the same swiftness that Rushmore and Slots Jungle will gobble gobble ur deposit: Back in the day when I could concentrate long enough to multi-table four 180-man SNGS on Stars profitably (circa 2007) I had a large tourney finish on Full Tilt. (BY concentrate I mean stay away from the ponies and slots long enough to see one thru) Given that I am a touch gamble-ish in over-my-head cash game, I knew it was prudent to get my cash off of FTP as soon as possible, bc the cash games were (and still are) full of the best around. But alas, after a long wait the cashier got back to me and said my id was expired... As many of you know, the DMV in California takes 3 working days just to get a number to wait in line... So, I asked the CSR if a normal photocopy would work, as I had just gotten a new id. (tiny, white-label lie) Yes, was the reply and before that CSR had gone back to mind his stable of bots, I had photoshopped a new expiration date into the scanned id... And given that it was sent at 100 dpi, they could not tell. They might have noticed that a large crease down the center of the scan was exactly the same as the scan they had on file, but alas, they were too busy minding their bots and diversifying their portfolios no doubt...

Club World Requires a 300dpi scan... That's all they want from you and it tisn't the chore u make it out to be. The reason those smart folks at CWC do this is to thwart such photoshop jobs as I described above...

Also, what does being id verified at Slots Jungle actually do for a person? BC I don't think winning is possible over in da' jungle mon! Wow, and what insight... BC I have deposited about 200k BB's at the 6/12 table into those clown shops u mentioned, and I have withdrawn from CWC's more often just in the past month than my lifetime at ur fav's...

I had exactly the same problem with CW and gave up trying. I have never played there again.

My ID has been accepted by every other casino without question. But at this casino they say it is too blurry even at 300dpi. Whoever is in charge of verifying ID is either way too rigid or needs glasses. There are much better casino groups in my opinion.

In addition, for a supposedly big casino group the $3k weekly withdrawal limit is a complete joke. You would think any well funded casino with decent cash reserves could afford more than this. While I am sure that I could have eventually settled the ID issue this was my biggest gripe.

U know how much u would have to bet to win a single weeks payout at an rtg? Me neither. Let me say this though, I once hit a $1200 bonus round betting 6.25 a pull, and then once hit $1300 on a free spins feature of mystic dragon betting the same... Idk how casinos like bodog publish the winners they do. Must be some billionaire's in quebec playing for $6,250 a pull... Oh yeah, I once hit a $900 dollar round betting 2 bux at Gold Beard, but thats it... After mentioning all this, I am forgetting why I play at rtg's?

This will always be a problem unless you the Player ask for a better way, plain and simple.

I've read everything from:

1. Didn't receive the emailed docs.
2. Can't view the emailed docs, too blurry.
3. Didn't receive the fax
4. Can't view the fax.
And other doc excuses.

There are standards for software, payout timeframes, and everything else so why isn't there some requirements for docs?

At the very least everyone should know:

1. Who's viewing their docs.
2. When they were viewed, time.
3. If approved or denied, if denied why?
4. Options to provide the docs in a more secure way other than email or fax.

Yes, many of you know I have an interest in this area but why doesn't someone step in and correct the problem. Doc posts over and over but know one willing to change procedure or at the very least create acceptable guidelines.

Must it stay like you can't teach an old dog new tricks? If so the complaints will continue over and over with no corrective measures.

PS- Any site that can't download a PDF file is in the stone age. :what:

I have a normal scanner. How do I even know what "dpi" it is scanning in and how do I change it to 300 instead of whatever it is?

How is the casino going to compensate me for all the time they are taking me? I don't work for those jerks, yet they keep requiring me to do things for them without compensation.

Its all just bull crap. if it wasnt I wouldnt be angry. they should be rogued. If every other damn casino can read it, and I can read it and every other damn person that gets email can open and read it then why cant they? Why 4 phone calls asking the same questions? ROGUE and don't wanna pay is thier problem.

ummmm, you could bet $100 per hand on a table game and easilyl get to $3000 after a gambling session. do you know much about casino games other than slots?
You could also deposit 2000 to start with, thats another way to get to 3000 quick.

I was merely being ironic given that RTG's have some of the lowest payouts. But your point is taken, and so let me shed some light on the subject. The fine, honest, willing-and-able-to-pay folks at the Club World Casino group will make arrangements to pay more than the $3000 a week with clients who make larger deposits...

I understand ur frustrated and I did not intend to fan the flames.

Here is one way to change the dpi. Open 'paint' that comes with windows. In the file menu, open 'from scanner or camera' and it should come up with this window I took a snippet of...

scanat300dpi.JPG

Now click the link that the arrow points to, and u should be able to enter the dpi u need... After that, click ok, and when you get back to the screen shown above, make sure the custom button is clicked...

Hope that helps.

Have you ever cashed out at Slots Jungle?

The allegation is that the image is too blurry, OK, fine.

1) Why is it NOT "too blurry" when "everybody else" looks at it?

If it is because CW have "crap viewing software", this is THEIR fault, not YOURS.
You need an independent evaluation of the quality of your document. The easist way to get this is ask Max to look at it. If you proceed to PAB he will see it anyway.

If Max agrees with CW that it looks "too blurry", accept this & try to figure out why.

It may be clear to you because you know what is on it, and your brain will compensate for any lack of clarity in the image. Max does NOT know what is on it, neither do CW, they have to be able to interpret the information from the image alone.

2) This "jargon" about 300dpi or not may NOT be how a "normal scanner" describes it unless you go into "custom" settings.

Often you will have simpler options, such as quality = low, mid, high.
You may also see "document mode" and "photo mode" as options. You actually want "photo mode", not the more logical "document mode" for sending documents to casinos. "document mode" is around 150dpi, but "photo mode" is around 300dpi. If you have the "quality" option instead, try "high". Access to these settings may not be obvious, especially if you have a newer scanner, which is designed to make the process as simple as possible for the user by pre-scanning the content and deciding which setting suits it best.

JPEG, and the other file types, are all compressed formats, and some definition is lost. TIFF is an actual "bitmap" file of the image, and is uncompressed. The drawback is that it is also very large. Windows will often show these files as type "BMP" (bitmap).

I have a scanner, and before my PC decided to stop communicating with it, I ALWAYS used "photo mode" for any documents I prepared for casinos, and always saved the results as a standard JPEG. This gave me 300dpi. I noticed that "document mode" was set to produce only 150dpi images, and they often looked "unclear" even to me.

Now I use a digital camera, and this has worked fine. It produces JPEG files directly, and being a camera, they are "photo mode" by default.

I usually scan everything at 300dpi and then drop it down to 150 and it's been fine everywhere. But in my experience it's best to scan your docs and then use winzip to zip them before sending - that way you don't have the problem of your email software trying to resize the files.

Have you tried contacting the rep here on the forum? I was verified at CWC but played at Lucky Red last year and managed a good sized withdrawal. I went through the same .....too blurry, couldn't read, etc. I contacted the rep and he did get it taken care of. Don't beat your head against the wall and it isn't just these guys. At several Rivals (last year...not anymore since I gave up on them) I would email many times and finally ended up faxing what they wanted. Good luck but stay the course:thumbsup:

dpi is dots per inch, the device prints more dots per inch so the dots are closer together thus the better the document or image quality.

This probably works better than scanning at 150dpi to start with. Software will usually be "intelligent" about how a 300dpi image is reduced to 150dpi.

My camera produces JPEG files of just under 1 Meg each. Size can be trimmed by trimming surplus border areas, HOWEVER, you need SOME border in order to define the document. Images cropped to the extent where parts, even blank parts, of the document itself are removed often get rejected.

If the email software is allowed to resize the files, what YOU see is NOT what ends up at the other end, so what is "clear" to start with, can become "blurry" when compressed by YOUR email software, and reinflated by THEIR software at the other end.

For the WORST POSSIBLE result, try faxing it from a public fax machine:rolleyes:

Thanks so much for the helpful replies, everyone. It is much appreciated.

....and guess what??

My documents were approved!!!

So, I learned a few things here. What an awesome and helpful community! I feel like 5000lbs are lifted off of my back now :)

My first 'graphic design' job was scanning billions of documents - stick the doc in the scanner, push the button, listen to a minute or two of hmmm-bah hmmm-bah, open the doc, clean all the boogers off, straighten it, drop the res, unsharp mask, save it, stick another one in and over and over and OVER for 8 hours a bloody day. Arrrgh....I did that for a year, I'm surprised that I left anyone alive.

But anyhow I'm pretty good at scanning but even I had an issue because of my driver's license - it's the only photo ID I have and it's from Arizona when they did that hologram thing. It's supposed to make it harder to counterfeit, but what it really does is peel off halfway in your wallet (taking some of your photo with it) and whatever's left reflects light. So if you scan or photograph it you get half washed out and the other half all glarey. I was having a hard time getting a decent scan when I first started playing online, and tried taking a photo and it was even worse - my DL pic looked like a zombie Dudley Moore. Seriously. :eek2:

Current U.S. DL's and even Carry Permits are plastic with some type of laminate coating, or something else, so that shouldn't interfere with the OP's complaint. They won't peel, maybe crack.

I think i will posting my situation here to, just want to make sure posting for situation for public not harm my withdrawal for club world any more?

You want to consider apologizing for calling CWG out-of-control sum bags. My experience with them is quite the opposite.

Since my printer/scanner is broken here is another tip

If you have submitted i.d. documents to another casino previously, you can attach those files.

Also, since my scanner is broken. for recent utility bill I go to my online utility account download my bill and take a screen shot, then post to
"paint", this creats a bmp. file which I then attach.

Also, if withdrawing to an ewallet, I take a screen shot of the my account page, post to paint, delete any sensitive info and make sure my name and account number is shown and then I attach that.

I have always kept a copy of my drivers license under documents and pictures so it is always available for attachment, I have done the same with the debit/credit cards I use.

the only thing I have to fax is if they require their crazy"credit card authorization form for charges", which is stupid as they will never be able to use it to collect any chargebacks anyway, as it clearly shows charges were for online casino and therefore, the bank/card company won't pay them anyhow.
