Club World has always been pretty generous with me - a couple weeks ago they gave me a $50 freebie, I didn't cash out but still it was nice - then last week I got a mail with another $50 freebie. I thought it was odd, because they're nice to me, but not THAT nice. I went to the casino and tried to claim it but it said it had already been claimed. I checked with support chat just to be sure, and they confirmed that it had already been claimed and there was no freebie for me. Then 2 days later I get another mail with a $50 freebie - a different code this time. I'm thinking, "huh, maybe they ARE that nice to me." So I go to the casino and try it, it says this code has already been claimed too.
I was going to just delete the mails but I decided to forward them to CW promotions just to let them know that their mail is wacky and sending messages that are obviously old. So that was on Friday - I deleted the messages and didn't think anything more about it - but then on Monday I got a mail back from them saying sorry for the mixup, the mails were sent by mistake due to a server error - and to say sorry for the inconvenience, we've put a free chip in your account. Sure enough, I go log in and they've given me $50!
And no I didn't cash out on that one either. But still, it's pretty cool that they do stuff like that.
