I am having a different problem with this casino...I made a 200.00 deposit to play on 2/19, so that night I played 40.00, and then 60.00, I tried to make a 50.00 deposit right after but it didn't go through, there was some kind of error, I tried like 5 times and it never went through but it did get deducted from my bank..I did chat with someone and they told me to send a copy of my bank statement, so I sent it, just that one page though, there were no other debits that day so it was simple and clear, they saw my previous balance my deposit for that day and then the withdraws which were only 3 for the day but it was suppose to be just the 2 withdraws..for the last week I have been trying to get someone to help me, and each person I spoke to keeps telling me to check back tomorrow..
I just got done chatting with someone and now their telling me they need the whole bank statement for the month..This makes no sense to me, if they have the page for the day and they can see exactly what I had in there and what was deducted, and then check their records, there should be no reason I have to go all through this..I've been playing for how many years now with other casinos and this has NEVER happened...This really pisses me off because I know I'm right, but to have to send 10 pages of my bank statement is not worth the fight for 50.00, and have them look at all my personal business is crazy..
I finally found a accredited casino, I do really good with watching what I play and now this happens...I should have just stuck with not playing, I'm better off......Diane
