I just logged back on a minute ago kakata and it was working ok...are you trying to re-download ?

When I decide not to play a casino for a while ,I just unistall it from my computer.
Than when I decide to go back I re download.
This time it doesnt seem to work.
Ive already called customer service........they will call me back....hopefully:o

My dad does the same thing, he will uninstall and then re-install..
But will it not even start to download ?
 
I called again and ,yes, they do have some kind of problem for those,like me , who want to download the casino.
I was told to try again in a couple hours.
Well, maybe in a couple hours I want feel like playing anymore......lol:rolleyes:
 
they still have the same problem as they did yesterday....????? I cant download theyr casino.

kakata, I had the same problem yesterday. I put new stuff on my computer and had to re-download Clubworld but couldn't from their website or from the link here.
I went to live chat to get some help and in the end I had to turn off my anti-virus, clean out cookies and temporary internet files and all that. Then I rebooted and had no problem at all.
Not sure if you tried this, but if you didn't it might help :)
 
There are lots of people reporting problems now, including not getting to the website, the casino popping up for a second and disappearing, the cashier acting up and whatnot.

I think there may be some temporary glitches.
 
Now I am having problems. I cant deposit my $20 and live chat keeps saying "be patient" Im giving up for now. I just made a deposit at 3 dice and it went fine, so its not my card.
 
Tried to deposit again this morning with my Netspend card. No Luck. Got some error message about this card not being taken or something like that. Called CS and was told that there was nothing wrong with my card and to wait an hour and the relevant department would have it fixed. I'm going to give them one more chance and the on to one that works.
 
I redownloaded Club last week
went to play last night an in my start
menu where its listed it said empty
so I redownloaded it an played lost

so as I was reading this thread I took a
glance an sure enough it says empty again
where did it go?

makes no sense to me

Now I cannot deposit with QT to CW cause they have problem............lol

....Like I said, Hasn't worked for me for two weeks and others and they keep telling me they are aware of the problem. Well crap by now you'd think someone would know what's up with the problem with Quicktender. I don't get these people's deal!:confused:

Same here. Makes me think there's more to this than a software glitch. But that's just me...

Got an email back from them telling me my account was fixed and to deposit again. Promptly went and tried to make a deposit. Notice the word tried. Still getting the same error message. I don't think they have a clue what is going on.

I must agree. I have messaged the rep here Tom who says they know about the problem and hope to have it fixed real soon. That was sometime last week! I have spoken to some live chat reps who ask "what is wrong with quicktender"? I've about had enough and am going to remove them from my computer. No one seems to have an answer for the cashier problems.
 
I hope the patch works too. Actually, I could really care less. They have been less than helpful with my deposit problems that I don't think I want to deposit there anyway. They keep telling me it's my Netspend card and I keep telling them it's not, works everywhere else. They want me to deposit with Primapin, not likely.

I'll just play somewhere with less hassles. :mad:
