Club World - Amazing CS but ....

Club World has some of the nicest reps out there and I put my 2 thumbs up for that BUT, and this is exactly the reason why I don't play RTG that often, the slow payouts keep me from going back there more often than I do.
I was able to deposit via Skrill last Friday and after a nice session I wanted to make a WD only to find out WD's for Skrill have been disabled.
After speaking to live chat with the lovely Jemma I found out this has been the case for some time now and she had no clue why (tech.issue) and when it would be enabled again.

So basicly I was made to do a WD to my bank account via wire transfer which I absolutely hate.
My private spendings and my bank are strict seperate but in this case I had no choice.

Shame I was allowed to deposit via Skrill (so they take funds) but they are not paying back via Skrill.

Still waiting for that wire transfer to hit my bank which was approved and processed yesterday.
So if it hits my bank tomorrow it have taken 120 hours (5 days) from WD request to receiving my funds.

Really nice people and I would never say to people not to play there because I always got paid and CS is top notch in my opinion but the slow payouts, no weekend payouts etc etc would make me tell people to play somewhere else if they like fast payouts which many casino's do.

If they get this right and improve this I will defo go back here to play.

So this is not to bitch and moan but to let the people from Club World know that I like to play there but slow payouts hold me back to play there more often than I do now.

Jemma and Mathew did help me very well and are a plus for this casino.

No RTGs can accept Skrill now not for Uk players anyhow as skrill pulled out due to gaming regulations. Same with Inetbet no more skrill for the UK
im not sure how it is in other parts or Europe. Bank wires do suck as they can take an age.

I see...But they still accept Skrill payments from Irish players..
So why accept incoming but not do any outgoing back to the customers Skrill ID.
Makes no sense.

No idea why your allowed still to depo with skill i know in the UK its not allowed Skrill pulled it. I was surprised to read you still could. Inetbet for example still show skrill as depo method but when you try you get the message from skill "this merchant not allowed to accept ... " or something along those lines. I think for the most part RTGS are dead in the water for many UK/Eu players.
