I was enrolled in Club Rouge last week, can anyone explain to me what the benefits are?, and how they red rubies work I have no idea at all

That's a really odd one, a spin on a 6 frame multispin is the same as 6 spins on the single version. The house edge is also still around 5%, so if Blackjack counts as 100%, the multispin slots are not going to become a target for those hoping to grind out WR on Club Rouge boni.

The main reason advantage players have looked at tactical slots play is because table games have long been weighted harshly, or excluded altogether, for bonus play.

Even LESS relevant now we have tabbed gaming, and can pretty much replicate a 6 frame multispin slot by opening 6 tabs of a regular slot, and set all 6 going on "turbo" settings. It's also a better strategy for the slotsmeister, counting as 6 spins, whereas a multispin slot only counts as 1, no matter how many frames are played.
