I also have email from dino with club gold.

On August I registered because I read tehir reputation was ery good and they had the games I liked in slots. I received the first bonus they had for welcome and lost it. Then I deposited and asked for my bonus by email because it did not get added. Then I logged in and saw that my deposit of 50 had been given the 2nd bonus of 50 so I played it on the slots even though they changed all their slots and the chat told me that they didnt have my favorite slots anymore.

But I did have good luck and won 1000 something on their new slots. Then the casino asked me fo rverifiatoin papers and I sent all of those and they accepted but then when I looked at my balance it was only 200 and the casino is saying some thing that I was only allowed to win 200 with the bonus even though I had deposited and looked on the same day their rules which said I could win 5000 with the welcome bonus. The casino now says that I did not recieve the welcome bonus that I receieved some other stupid bonus called double up which only allow me to win a stupid amount of 200. Why would I want to win 200? That is nothing for when I play slots. I always want to win at least 1000 and more if I can get the jackpot.

THis casino changed all tehirs ite and games and then gave me a bonus that I thought was the 2nd welcome bonus because I asked and then when I win thesy change and saw that it was a different bonus.


Do not trust this casino. They obviously plan to change the rules after you deposit and apply any rules they like to keep you from winning.

What can I do now besides complain here? Does anyone know who their regulator is?
