I have made two withdrawal requests recently. After the advertised 96 business hours passed I contacted the online support. They asked me patience without promising any specific day for processing my payment.
After 8 days I contacted Carmen who replied blaming their processor and the same day my first withdrawal was paid.
I submitted my second withdrawal request a few days later (on 14th of May).
I contacted support after 4 business day. They said they will notify the cashier, but the 96 business hours had not yet passed. I told them it is not true, because 96 business hours is 4 days and not 12.
After 6 days I contacted Carmel again, but no reply since that.

Club gold is not accredited. Its definately not norm to drag withdrawals this long with playtech casinos. Im wondering if they may be having some financial issues.

For information - i have a contact at Club Gold Casino who's pretty quick to get involved with issues like this when they are aware of them being posted on forums, so if anyone else is experiencing problems PM me and i'll make them aware.

I was waiting for cashout from Club Gold 7 business days. Support explained that the 96 hours specified in their rules include only business hours of their cashier department (8 hour day) and it may be up to 12 working days.

p.s. sorry for my english :)

IMO that's a problem right their - they are specifying withdrawal times in an unclear fashion, how is the customer meant to know how many hours/day their cashier department is open or how many day/week? Alongside this, if i do know how many hours/day and days/week they work, i then have to do a calculation to work out how many days it's actually going to take rather than simply looking at the website. Business days is used as it's standard as everyone knows how to work out how long their withdrawal is going to take when it's stated in business days. This system's too unclear and to flexible for the casino.

CGC take a very long time to process withdrawals as it is, having unclear rules listed on their website only makes this worse.

I've never heard that baloney before - 96 hours is not 4 days but divisible by 8 to make 12 days...........that's ONE interpretation of '96 hours' I never heard of.

At Golden Lounge it's 48 hours, and that actually means 2 business days, at Dash 24 and that means ONE business day and actually includes weekends.

Is there no end to the anti-customer arbitrary definitions some online casinos make?

I think we need a new smiley/emoticon to paste in for that sort of answer - a large pair of pink round objects with a scattering of curly hairs emanating from them......

To be fair to CGC i don't think they ever meant that they'd pay in 4 working days even when this was first published, rather i think they know that their withdrawal times are far longer than industry standard and someone tried to do a PR job and write it up in way that made them seem more competitive. The problem with that is that you end up with a lot of customers feeling mislead, where if you're clear at the start everyone at least knows where they stand.

That's basically what I said is it not? If you're a UK based player why on earth you are depositing at a casino with such an excruciatingly slow w/d process anyway? And then to boot, one that has it's own unique interpretation of what 96 hours means - for that alone I'd never deposit again if in your shoes. Well done for the win btw and hope you get it all, just don't put yourself through it again by playing there again. If you do then you obviously are blessed with not having the inherently impatient nature of the gambler:lolup:
