I was hoping I could resolve this issue between C2P (Click2Pay) and myself but I am having NO luck reaching them. My problem is that I tried to make a deposit using C2P at a casino. The transaction timed out. My credit card is linked to my C2P account and the funds were debited. I called C2P and they have no record of the transaction and tell me to email them a copy of the transaction from my CC and they will credit my account. This was 6 days ago. The tranaction finally post to my account 3 days ago and I make a screen shot and email it to them. No response. I email them again yesterday, no repsonse. I called today and the automated attenedant says 5 minutes but after 10 it hangs up on me every single time. I've gone through this 3times already. I would also like to mention that I emailed them 3 times right after this happened 6 days ago and I never got a reply on that either. I also used their site to upload a copy of the transaction directly to them and stated in the comments section my problem. Similar instances like this have happened with Neteller and Instadebit but they at least email me back or answer the telephone. C2P has no live chat and to be honest I feel hung out to dry. The total amount is only $75.00 so I can get over it if I have to but man o man C2P customer no-service is horrible.

Has this happened to anyone else with C2P?
Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas I can try to get their attention?

Thank you,

PD

Yes,i have had problems getting any prompt response from "those people"!
I am closing my C2P account because of it.I think their processing is slow on both deposits (showing in my bank account), and withdrawals take forever. sorry you're going thru this. Wish I had some type of suggestion, but I don't. Good luck though getting it resolved.

UPDATE

I wanted to let everyone know I finally got through to C2P. I am under the impression their call queue never says more than 5 minutes and regularly disconnects you at 10. Funny because they called me 2 minutes after I registered my account a while back. I suggest anyone trying to contact them to do it after 12:00 AM EST. The issue is at least being investigated now and they have confirmed receiving my email. They keep suggesting if it is a double charge they will refund me and I have to keep telling them it isnt a double charge at all but a transaction that timed out for some reason and never showed up at the merchant or in my C2P account. Very frustrating but I will keep you posted on how this goes. For now C2P has lost my business and I intend to let everyone know about it. They could at least of acknowledged my emails for the past week.

I also apologize to everyone. I now see that this post should have gone with the OTHER COMPLAINTS portion. If it can be moved by all means move it. TY,

Click2Pay

I had an issue with Click2Pay ages ago. At the time I was assured by one of the accredited casinos that Click2Pay were great, and I must be very unlucky indeed. Now it seems the S*** has hit the fan at Click2Pay, and their terrible service, and "who cares" attitude when people are unhappy with them is becoming public. Even when I asked them to remove my credit card they refused to make it easy, so I told them it would expire anyway and they would not be able to take anything from it. My account is still open, and I could use it to withdraw & deposit, but there would be no point as they would be prone to the same problems as Neteller, and this is proving right. At least with Neteller most of us know that once we get the NT code all should be resolved. Clearly, this is not happening with Click2Pay.

I have not used Click2Pay for nearly 2 years now, and I am even less likely to be enticed back there, despite the shortcomings of Neteller. I did at least get my money back that Click2Pay cost me, but I had to wave the UK Consumer credit act at them to make them look again. This would have involved me making an "adverse merchant report" through my card supplier to Mastercard, and would not necessarily have got me my money back. Any UK player who suffers a loss through Click2Pay that comes through their credit card can take similar action. If the amount exceeds 100 they can invoke the full force and require the card company to sort it out with Click2Pay. If there are enough complaints, Click2Pay may find themselves on a watchlist with the card companies which will affect their ability to do business, at which point their execs may start taking these issues more seriously.

Thank you for the replies. I would like to say that my account has been credited the 75.00. It took a while because I was waiting on emails so if anyone ever has any issues with C2P make sure you call them instead of emailing. Everything was handled professionally once I phoned them. From the start of my problme to the end took about 6 days to get straightened out and much of this delay was waiting on the transaction to poast to my CC.
