I have just spoke with a C2P support agent. I told him I knew that they were not accepting NEW U.S. account but asked if there were plans to discontinue OLD U.S. accounts

His answer," I CERTAINLY HOPE NOT BECAUSE THAT WOULD MEAN I WILL BE OUT OF A JOB, AS 85% OF OUR BUSINESS IS FROM THE U.S."

So, I suspect until Dresden Bank, Germany decides the risk is too great, they will remain open for business for those u.s. residents that a currect account with them.

I just heard on Fox News that the DOJ is asking US Banks to disclose those that uses their accounts for online gambling.

Click2Pay

Click2Pay may still be open to the US, however the first signs that casino blood os on the gaming floor can be seen at today's Casino Action tournament, normally dominated by US players.

The scoreboard prizes are massively +EV for VIP players, yet there are no US players going for the prizes. It seems more of a case of them playing off remaining balances for a bit of fun, but not going mad and running out and being unable to deposit more.
If these tournaments keep running, there is at least the opportunity to play off each prize in the following event and hope to win another, theoretically playing "for ever" on the balance. Not a good situation for the casino though, and there may be a collapse in promotional offers like this for ALL players.

Since this casino accepts Click2Pay, and Click2Pay claim to be "business as normal" for existing US players, something does not seem quite right here - either US players have found their Click2Pay account has been locked, or they have decided not to believe Click2Pay due to the actions of other processors after they claimed "business as usual".

The Thursday tournament here should confirm this effect, as the scores are often higher than om Monday.

Last Monday, just as this was all blowing up, the US players dominated, and scores ranged from 6248 to 1203, as opposed to 2400 or so down to 40! With a BRIT at the top and the US just taking it lying down.
In fact, a Brit will be both First and Second, and with very low scores - just give me a moment to make another deposit:D :D
