As of today, Payspark (my tride and true! ) and Click2Pay are no longer taking US customers. Shame on Payspark, they didn't even send out an email to ANYone it seems, because half of "my" casinos didn't even know about this. Cinema has a notice on their "message of the day" screen, but very few others do. I just logged onto the payspark site to make an e-check deposit and poof! It was gone. A subsequent email to payspark confirms that they are done with US players. Click2Pays's sign up screen says it is no longer accepting US registrations.

I have never had much luck with credit or debit card deposits....EXCEPT - gotta love 'em - Virtual Casino now is taking credit card deposits thru their website (and they actually go through, I had to try it!) and claims they will have their very own "Neteller-ish" deposit option soon. I wish some of the reputable RTG sites would follow suit.

Good ol George W....big brother is alive and well!!

Thanks for the update on Payspark. I guess I won't miss them because I never really used them. I was never thrilled about their withdrawal options.

It's a little misleading to put Click2Pay in the thread title though, because it's still available to US customers who signed up before the cutoff last week.

Is it possible payspark is reading IP addresses for USA and directing to the sign in not sign up page? Just a thought.

I think it's new customers that are being blocked from c2p.

I'm going to need to keep my balance in there low, so I don't have the same hassle I had with my now-frozen neteller funds.

You have more discipline than I do, but it makes sense if you can get payouts. If I could play right now I would parlay (sp?) all my disposable (ie actual winnings over time) into the biggest freaking win I could muster :D and let the chips fall where they may.

Good luck :)

What does George W have to do with this?

Besides signing the port security bill passed by congress.

Which any president would have done.

PS - This is a rhetorical question. I'm just posing it to point out your ignorance.

Is anyone else from the US not able to log into their PaySpark account?

You can log in...(at least I was able to) but you can't get your transaction to go through, if you are a US player. I tried a credit card deposit and it just said "rejected"...no reason given.

Does anyone have any suggestions for US players other than credit cards? Right now the only place that my cc deposit will go through is Virtual. (ooooohhhh....scary!)

Oooh, obviously a George W fan, which I am not. (Even tho' I'm from Texas, imagine that!) And sorry, I don't agree that "any President would have signed the bill".....he could have made an issue out of it, but instead, I think he kinda likes the idea of being able to tell us what we can do with our money. I saw an interview he did on the subject and he was all too HAPPY to sign it.

I'm far from a GW supporter, so keep that in mind when you read the following.

What was he supposed to do? Veto the port bill because of this? I doubt it. I doubt any other president would either.

Ignorance is bliss?

that punk, my President had options; signing statement (line item veto) total veto, or 'control of his 'owned' congress. So eff that punk in this discussion. he is a shill, a scammer, and a POS. Fuck him.

But like the 'newt' in monty's circus, he can get better. i wouldn't bet on it based on his latest speech.

Oh well. Once a punk, always a punk.

Thanks for the reality check (sheepish grin)

Hey, I have the solution for everything:

Let's get a Dem to attach something onto a major bill that says GW must resign ASAP.

I'm sure he'll sign that too.

Hmmm, but then we'd be stuck with Cheney....nevermind :p

Although....he's about due for another heart attack. What will this one be since he's been VP? His 12th?

Be a stand up guy and a true leader maybe !.

He knowingly signed off on this Bill knowing full well that congress had rejected this several times before and did not have the opportunity to fully debate it and if this is the only way that a Bill can now get passed in this country is by attaching it to another or by public deception, then we are really in trouble.

Think about it....next time a particular group or lobby organization wants to get some really controversial Bill slid thru, they just have to attach it to another, hidden deep in the back pages without the American public being fully aware of what the Bill really consists of.

If they can do this with this one issue who the hell knows what else one particular group will try to attach and get slid thru without the American public knowing what the Bill really contains and consists of. This attachment was never really mentioned at all in the media. All that was talked about was the Safe Port's Act.

All he had to do was to tell them to remove this attachment until there was ample time to fully debate it's merits in congress and re-submit the Safe Port's Act Bill and he would be glad to sign off on it.

A little piece of our freedom's here, a little piece there and before you know it we have lost more and more of our Rights to do want we want with our money and after that it will be what and when we can do with our time...everyone needs to wake up to this fact whether you are a gambler or not, this is not what this is about, but the fact that we are continuously being put under a microcosm of freedom's being lost a little more each day.

We'll need to keep a tight watch on this. He promised last night in his state of the union address that "piggybacking" bills such as that will not be allowed anymore.

Whether or not that was just lip service....we'll see soon enough.

Well I'm not able to log in at all. When I contacted PaySpark support about it I got this cryptic response:
Dear XX

Thank you for contacting queries@CSC24Seven.com.

Please be advised that "PaySpark and EZIPay do not permit or support transactions from countries where online gaming is considered illegal.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards

The CSC24Seven Team
What's going on? Are they saying I can't even check my balance?

The Jackpot Factory appreciates your business and American players are always welcome at our casinos. As the situation is constantly changing, please stay tuned to this page for the latest updates.

Update: As of Wednesday, January 24th, PaySpark is no longer processing deposits to the Casino by players in the US. US players may withdraw to Payspark through January 28th.

Totally agree. Just wish he would be enough of a stand up guy to retro back what he did with the UIGEA attachment, especially after this statement in the State of the Union address.
