Welcome March 28 Finance Department sent a win 121 dollars in the bank, but to date the money did not come to the bank account! When contacting support are constantly fed breakfast, and no sense! What should I do??

have you made deposits/withdrawals before with classy coin? I cant say that I have had any experience with them my self. was the withdrawal request linked in with a bonus or not? what time frame have they promised you? did classy coin ask for any docs from you? It might be a good idea to look up classy coin in the search bar on here to find out any past experience others have had with them. also ask if there is a rep on here for them. can you give more details regarding the problems you are having, if you could post some correspondence you have with them it could be useful to move forward with this issue. Seriously, international bank transfers can take up to 3 weeks, but usually 3-5 days. Could be rogue behaviour, but I doubt it over a mere 121$.
Anyone got any knowledge of this site/group?

Casino Rewards has been around a long time, and I sincerely hope you don't talk to their rep at CM the way you have to the support staff. I do hope Renee notes how patient and polite they were dispite abuse. And I hope if the OP speaks to her that way, she reports him and he loses his membership here.

No matter what kind of abusive scum sucking client the OP is, if he won, he deserves to be paid.

The support staff deserve to never have to deal with him again either.

Pay him if he is a legimate winner, and close his account.

In fact, close his account and then pay him.

The casino in question does not have a rep here at casinomeister, so the OP should refrain from private messaging Renee as this is not her property and she cannot help you.

It has been my experience in life that being polite costs you nothing. The casino in question belongs to a dogdy group, payments seem to take around a month at best.

I think if the OP cherishes any hope of getting paid, he should be much more polite, or they just might not pay him out of spite.

I would never recommend anyone to deposit on this group. However, they do pay and small amounts like this shouldn't cause any problems. Don't be surprised if the withdrawal takes longer than few weeks.

Just a final note, its been said already. if you expect casino support staff/team to take you seriously and get a positive result then you have to be respectful. you look silly to the person/casino your dealing with. That has to be some of the worst abuse Iv heard in quite a while. The best thing you (OP) can do here is learn from what has been said and move on wiser. Why do I get the feeling my words are falling on deaf ears? (sighs slowly)
 
If I owned the casino in question, I would pay the person his money(As long as everthing in order) and then ask him to politely take his custom elsewhere, thats if anyone else would put up with the crap he spoke on support.
