I'll take a guess, before reading the thread and using only my infinite psychic skills, that the "non-cashable" bit was correct, but the "no-risk" bit wasn't.

I played at this casino a long long time ago. I would not bother playing here again. After meeting the WR I just got so feed up I decided to just cashin my original deposit. It took me 17 days to get a huge $50 cashin.

IMO there just are not many good "RTG" casinos, there are a few good one's, but for the most part no. From what i have read about "cirrus" is that you will get paid but it takes forever and as far as this bonus offer of 2000/3000, if it sounds to good to be true, chances are it's not.

Welcome to the forum. As a Chinese myself, my advice to you ios to stay well clear of these 2 casinos. If you want to play RTG, I suggest you try Extreme and Bodog. In fact, you cant go wrong with the casinomeister's accredited list of casinos.

Run - don't walk away from these guys.

As a general note: I find it unfathomable that anyone would consider playing at Cirrus with all of the problems they've had. They've been non-recommendable for some time now, mainly because of payment problems (stalled payments. etc.) I hope you are not considering playing there, if so - you're on your own if you run into problems.
