Cinema Casino - 5 hours to add welcome bonus?

Why is it that every other Microgaming casino can add the automatic welcome bonus instantaneously, but I'm being told I have to wait up to five hours at Cinema Casino? What a ridiculous limitation - people want to deposit and play, not wait around all night waiting for some vague "security checks" to be run...

Some online casinos put the strangest limitations on bonuses. I contacted Go Wild in regards to a particular bonus, they told me that they wouldn't be able to confirm I was eligible for the bonus until I had downloaded the casino (blatant dishonesty). They seem to say anything to get a customer too download that software. Then after completing the download, they told me I wasn't eligible for that offer as it had "expired"... BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! I uninstalled and closed the account. I wouldn't waste my time with any casino that puts limitations on offers...

Have you tried 32 Red or Jackpot City? They are both top notch.

To the OP, yes many MG casinos does use some time to pay the bonus, the CS does not have full access to credit it, it has to go through system they use.

to mrmark21, yes they do this on purpose i believe this is their tactic to gain your info and you email, so they can spam you all the time. and if i guess you were looking for some ND freespins?

Well, what do you know - five hours later and it still hasn't been credited. Why am I not surprised? Automated services that take "up to 5 hours", and actually use more than ten minutes of that time are almost always broken.

Spoke to the CS this morning and they credited the bonus manually within one minute, why couldn't they just do that last night?

Yeah i came across some affiliate website that said Go Wild were giving out free spins on Gold Factory, my favorite game, gonna play without having to pay? You betcha. Just not the same in practice mode

I stopped with the bonuses, they can be a real hassle to withdraw on. I play for fun but let's say I win some kind of jackpot, I want to have the option to withdraw without having to play the winnings off.

Been in you're shoes at 32 Red, trust me, I started a thread about 32 Red being rigged! lol. You will win eventually. Microgaming can be really bad Only just now am i finally getting some small-decent wins
