[Slight thread Necro]Ok, the other fix was just a practice fix.
This fix works.
Open notepad and add the bold text, save it as a .reg file instead of .txt
After that you just run the file and there you go.
Windows in the background will now keep running without freezing up.
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Chrome]
"NativeWindowOcclusionEnabled"=dword:00000000
"WindowOcclusionEnabled"=dword:00000000

Got a new pc and was having a nightmare getting this fix working on windows 11, the registry trick still works but needed to enter it into the registry manually (in case anyone was having the same issue)
