Cherry Red good to go?

They're not on the CM list here, but some of my favorites aren't either (Casino Euro, for instance).
What are they like? Reliable and trustworthy etc?

I've won so much lately at all my other casinos I think I've exhausted my luck on NetEnt and MicroGaming and want to try something new*...

Cherry red USED to be my favorite RTG casino play at. They had great ongoing bonuses, fairly quick payouts, and an active super friendly rep here (Louise).

Unfortunately I would not recommend them anymore. They have had numerous cash flow issues, with no valid explanations. Players were waiting literally months to get their withdrawals.

While I believe everyone was eventually paid, I would not risk playing there again....you just never know when these cashflow issues will arise again...and their once active rep is hardly here anymore and seemingly has little or no pull regarding player issues.

I would avoid at all costs.

Cherry Red currently has no problems with payment delays.
They did have some problems a while ago(along with just about every other casino) but they have come out imo as one of the fastest withdrawals currently. I am seeing 24 hrs withdrawal time to a wallet.

I don't recall other casinos having the 2-3 month delays that they did.

Maybe they are ok now, but what happens next time they have these 'unforseen cashflow problems'?

Off topic, what happened with "NetEnt has the lowest RTP I have ever seen" (or something like that) :p I saw you Robot-wins in the winner-section :D

I don't remember the 2 or 3 month delays. But, I do remember some late payments that most of the casinos were suffering from.

What happens the next time? Well at least they paid everyone this time, so I would expect the same thing again next time, if there is a next time... ;)

Yeah I guess I was wrong. Today I withdrew €2500 from Casino Euro (this, from a deposit of €200!).
I also withdrew €1000 last week, from another €200 deposit.

I think my problem was playing slots with very high variance and just hitting them at the wrong times. I appear to have hit them at just the right time(s) lately.

Swings and roundabouts ;)

Slotastic and Bodog normally pay out within hours. So far Bodog takes no more than 4 hours and Slotastic is normally next day, if not before. That's been my experience to my Quicktender, at least.

intertops is one of the better ones out there. main business is sports betting but the casino is also tops. usually paid within 24 hours.
I agree with that - except in my case they have always paid (to Neteller) in just a few hours max!
Definitely one of the best RTGs IMO.

I think I'll give Intertops a go. Sadly, I occasionally have problems depositing into RTG casinos. My 'Verified by Visa' security opens a new window [for my password/details] but then tries to close it, then asks if I want to close it. No matter which I choose (yes or cancel) I'm met with "there was an error loading the page...." or something equally daft.

Hell, if I don't try I'll never know

Well as expected, I installed Cherry Red and tried to deposit. My Credit Card is rejected (there's more than enough credit on it) and my debit card won't deposit because of the security system on that account (it's so secure I can't even spend my own money!). So frustrating

Why can't I just deposit money and play at an RTG casino like any other casino? :(

Well with all the big wins you've posted on the forum... they're probably scared! :p

Very funny KK :p

But seriously, how do you deposit when playing at an RTG casino? My credit card company know I gamble online and have no issues with me using my card for such transactions (I've phoned them to confirm this) so I've no idea why it is continually rejected, but my debit card... something to do with the window that opens; it can't make up it's mind whether to stay open or closed, always resulting in some kind of error message

I just contacted the folks at CR, according to them there should be no problems depositing.

Did you contact CR support about this issue? I know they will walk you through any problems your having.

Yeah I've been in contact with them and feel a bit stupid.
When trying to deposit initially, I entered the wrong expiry date and locked down my card
It's sorted now, after various phone calls.

I use Neteller.
Neteller is my preferred method for all casino transactions, and $US is my preferred currency.
I only use my UK Debit or Credit cards at places where I am forced to play in £, or who don't take Neteller (or didn't when I first started playing there: e.g. Ladbrokes)
And I use MoneyBookers for casinos where I play in €uros.
